The CVC number on my card would not work my bank approved the transaction 5x!
Had to buy cover in full rather than monthly payments. Disappointed as paid in instalment’s previously.

We have reviewed your quotation sessions and can see that your original payment attempts were not being accepted. The 3D Secure authentication process is managed entirely by your bank, and unfortunately we have no control over how or when these security checks are applied.
It may be that, after speaking with your bank, they adjusted or removed the 3D Secure requirement for your transaction, which is why you were then able to complete your purchase successfully. Once the payment was accepted, you would have needed to select the Pay Monthly option again. However, the Pay in Full option was selected, and as a result, the payment was processed in full.

Unreasonable delay in closing the claim file
Not happy. Although reinstatement works were completed in February claim still remains open 5 months later so impossible to get a competitive renewal quote. So they have us over a barrel. I have made a formal complaint but still awaiting a resolution. Customer service has been poor and unresponsive.

Please note a claim cannot always be closed immediately. Before a claim can be finalised, we must receive all outstanding invoices from any contractors, surveyors, or other parties involved. In addition, we often need to wait for VAT invoices, which can take some time to be issued. This is why a claim may remain open even after the repair work has been completed.
You can contact your dedicated Claims Team, who will be able to provide you with the current claim cost. This information can be shared with any new insurance provider when obtaining quotations. The fact that the claim remains open should not prevent you from obtaining competitive quotes, provided you disclose the claim and the associated costs.
We can also confirm that your complaint has been logged and is currently under investigation. Your complaint has already been acknowledged, and our Complaints Team has up to 8 weeks to complete a full investigation into the circumstances. Once the investigation has been completed, the Complaints Team will issue you with a final response letter outlining the outcome.
