Do NOT touch this company
Do NOT touch this company. The anti wrinkle cream scratches like sand in it. I did not realise I had a subscription and received 3 more creams in the post. I contacted them the day the second parcel arrived and they are refusing for me to return the 3 new creams to them. If you look at the small print on their website they refuse refund for any products after the first purchase. Surely this is breach of statutory rights. A VERY expensive mistake for products that are not useable. I have NEVER been refused to return and refund a product ever before. The company reply saying we understand but no you cannot return it - just enjoy the product!
UPDATE- I have now had good communication with Froya support today and they are working towards resolving some of the issues. The sand type feel of the anti-wrinkle cream is apparently due to changes in the beeswax and heating will help soften and remove them. They have now said they will honour the guarantee refund for the first pot I ordered and tried as it is within the 90 days. I am stuck to pay for the 2nd pot I ordered at the start - there is no return for this. I am hoping that the order I received yesterday and have now returned in the post will get back to them safely and a refund will be forthcoming. I will update this review once it has.

A balm that works
This balm really makes a difference, like the rest of the range after all! I just wish it came in a bigger format though, since I use it for multiple areas on my body not just hands, so 30ml is too little!

The product is thick and greasy
The product is thick, sticky, greasy, and makes my face look orange.
As soon as I ordered they kept emailing me for a review before I'd even got the product. Ill probably bin it, even though it was expensive. Far better products out there for this cost.
Won't be using again.
I had a call from the company after posting my review. They agree that it doesnt suit everyone and have processed a refund. So although I didn't like the products, it seems that the company stands by it's guarantee.

The advice I received was instant and very helpful; my questions were answered, so have decided to continue to use the products and hope my skin will adjust to the more natural skin care.
I also asked if I could use an SPF on top.
The advice was "wait 20 mins to allow Froya products to work fully before adding a mineral sunscreen on top."

I am loving these products!
So far so good. I have very dry skin and with Froya products, my face feels like it is soft and moist all day long. I am looking forward to seeing how it is long term. I am using the eye balm, day face balm and night face balm, all of which I am really happy with.
