I have used all 3 balms and I am loving the feel on my skin and the glow. It is too early I guess to say anything about wrinkles improvement but other than that i like using them. I have a mixed skin and I was afraid it would make my skin breakout but it didnt. I spread it on my fingers first and then use my fingers to spread on my skin so i use a small amount to avoid making my skin too oily

I had an issue for which I contacted customer service. I am embarrassed to say I was frustrated and impatient and I was not as nice as I wish I'd been. Someone named Ale R. kindly assisted me and promptly caused a refund to be issued. I think this is a
good company and they are lucky to
have such an effective and pleasant employee, who handled everything quickly and patiently even though i was not at my best.

I received the face balm in a timely manner. The balm itself was a little thicker than I like, I just had to be careful about how much I used. I really have no complaints. I haven’t used long enough to comment on it’s effectiveness but it certainly hasn’t made me look worse.

I give 4 stars for effort. A lost order (not their fault), a replacement order that never arrived and now a refund. They always answer promptly and kindly. I now have reordered the shampoo and hope it will arrive soon.

Thank you, Froya for your quick response to my request! I just placed my first order and within a few minutes I remembered I will be traveling and needed to update the shipping address to where I will be when the shipment arrives. I travel a lot, and when this has happened in the past with other companies, I typically don’t hear back for 24 to 48 hours with a response that essentially says I was too late and there’s nothing they can do. Totally fair response. So, imagine my delight when I received a response from Froya not just same day, but a few minutes after I submitted my request, letting me know they have made the address change and my order will be shipped to the updated address. I haven’t even tried the products yet, and I am already impressed!

First of all, my products (The Complete System for Mature Skin) is amazing. After using for one month my skin is soft, smooth, and brighter. Even more than that, I feel better — pampered and cared for physically and mentally.
Even though I generously apply morning and evening, 6 weeks autoship is too soon for replenishment. The products go a long way during application. I emailed to have my autoship tailored to my needs. My needs were met kindly and quickly. Great Customer Service!

While Froya creams are really good, the company uses a subscription scheme and it is problematic to cancel the said subscription. I probably use less cream than a regular Froya client, and I still have more than half in the jars which i ordered in December last year, so I do not need more creams at the moment. However my account was charged in March and a parcel promptly arrived which after corresponding with the customer service and getting their assurance that my subscription is cancelled, I sent to the UK based warehouse and finally received my refund in May (again, there were questions from the customer service rep that they could not see the scan of postage receipt clearly, but we sorted it out). Shortly after receiving my refund I received an email to say that my account was charged again and another parcel was headed to me. This was surprising since I was assured in March that they cancelled my subscription. So now I am trying to return this other parcel again and the support rep tell me to "refuse the parcel or take it to my local post office with a note "return to sender`'. In the process I requested the address to which I should return the parcel (the previous parcel I returned to an address in UK but I wanted to check if it was still the case), and to my request to tell me how to return the package this time I receive a message from support saying
"I´m previous emails, I suggested some options to return. You can check there and use one of those to return the package. After the package is delivered, we need to wait until the warehouse notifies us about it to make the corresponding refund. Please note that this process can take a few weeks or days after delivery."
When I requested the exact return address again I was finally given an address in the Netherlands and given the advice to pay for international postage saying "I understand. However, customers take care of the returns 😓" After I demanded to know why I could not return to UK as previously, I got the answer "At this time, our UK warehouse is solving some administrative issues. It´s not possible to return there 😕". I escalated the issue and promised to be sent a label for international postage so that I could take the package to the post office and send it back to the Netherlands. I will wait and see how this is resolved and add to my review, but in the meanwhile a word of caution - beware of the subscription, it is not as easy to cancel as they say and not everyone is lucky to receive a quick refund, even when the mistake is certainly on the Froya side.
