I emailed Customer Services to find out how to postpone my next delivery. Within minutes, I received an email from Varinea with a link to my account and she also let me know she had already skipped my next order for me. I loved many things about the product, however there was one unfortunate deal breaker so I requested a refund. Customer Service was stellar! This was one of the fastest most effortless and pleasant refund experiences for me! These days ~ that's a unicorn.

I would like to thank the Froya customer service team for their excellent support and Varinea for her assistance.
I accidentally subscribed when placing my first order and only realized it when a second payment was taken from my account. When I contacted customer service, they responded very quickly and immediately helped me cancel the subscription.
Later, when I noticed that I had never received the second package, I contacted them again. They investigated the issue, found that the parcel had been returned to them, and promptly issued a full refund without any hassle.
Throughout the entire process, the team was responsive, professional, understanding, and solution-oriented. I truly appreciate their efficiency and the way they handled my situation.

I can actually see the difference in my skin. I had ordered this before and reordered again. I like the way it makes my skin feel especially after using the scrub and putting on the balm afterwards. I love using it but it is expensive. I do not want to become a permanent subscriber so to speak. I do not like things charged to my account automatically. Love the product.

Its an amazing product
Its an amazing product, ive been amazed how nourishing it has been for my 45 year old skin. Apart from a slight stinging when it gets too close to my eyes, my skin feels so much more youthful and aging well/nourished.
