This is a brilliant company with exceptional customer care. Having found this business online I called as my wife has food allergies so I had to avoid certain fruits. I asked if we could have melon flowers instead. Sheela was honest and said they hadn’t done those before so wanted to check with production team. Prompt response back and was so concerned with making attractive product that orange slices were added to achieve. Having heard my request for quick delivery arranged order to arrive by 9.05. Exquisite packaging. Fresh produce. Attractive arrangement. Sheela even rang me to check all was ok. Proper customer care. Highly recommend for special occasions. Kind regards. Steve

I placed an order all the way from America for a same-day delivery during the Covid pandemic. The ordering process was seamless and communication was stellar. Fruitful Occasions brought smiles to my entire family. The presentation was as promised and on time. I am so happy with Fruitful Occasions and now my British family is too. Shame I had to put 1 star. This was ordered as a gift. Based on the tracking was with DPD for 3 days and left on my doorstep on the hottest day of the year. The ice melted days before. Called the number online and it transfers to a giffgaff mobile then get a text saying send an email. No apology, no replacement. Cowboy outfit operating on a US industry ripping people off.

Present ordered in US, arrived on time via DPD. Box very damaged & manhandled on receipt. Opened in front of driver, photos taken. Damaged & squashed fruit, chocolate strawberries mostly damaged. Fruit quality v good. Contacted MD, who insinuates I’m lying - I left it in rain (not rained) - no fragile or up markers in box - so what do they expect!
Shame good quality, rubbish packaging & rubbish aftercare!

We received the most beautiful bouquet of fruit as a lock down treat from my sister today - we were amazed when we opend the box, it was so beautiful and absolutely delicious - I immediately ordered one for my friends Birthday and it arrives tomorrow - cant wait to hear about her suprise - 5 star - wonderful

Very unhappy with my order. I placed an order from the U.s for my best friend in the U.k.
Seems as they put together any random bouquet. Did NOT. Look like the pictures online.
It didn’t arrive with the birthday balloons I paid for!! The birthday card was put together sloppy!! Looks like my 4 year old did it!! Was very disappointed as this was a birthday gift that I wanted to be special.

Great customer services , arrangements were amazing, they looked lovely tasted great .. My friend was so chuffed when she received her gift , Instead of the usual flower bouquets. A fruit bouquet was healthy to eat with some chocolate fruits . So it had a little bit of every thing . Really pleased . Will defiantly order again ..
