Pleased.

I ordered the fruity chocolate bouquet for my Nan's 70th birthday and am very impressed with the product that turned up. Beautifully displayed and she says they are the biggest strawberries that she has ever seen! Only issue i would mention is the communication over phone / email isn't great so be sure to text the number on their website as the response on there is a lot more prompt.

Would definitely order again and will be recommending to friends.

I ordered the nutty strawberry bouquet for my boyfriend’s birthday and I couldn’t be happier with the aesthetics and taste. It’s a perfect gift for all occasions and for all genders.
I requested a certain date which they did not fail to deliver it by.
The wrapping was also very well presented.
Would highly recommend and reorder for other occasions.

I ordered a large fruit display at lunchtime on Saturday to be delivered the next day by 12pm, however when I received the confirmation email it said that it could not be delivered until Monday, which would have been no good for me. I contacted Fruitful Occasions and asked if they could deliver to a different address nearer Birmingham instead. They were extremely helpful and delivered before 12pm the next day to our daughter and she was able to bring it with her to the get together that we had arranged for my mother in laws birthday.
Everyone loved the display which looked exactly like the picture on line and the fruit tasted delicious and fresh. Many guests took photos and hopefully will use this service for themselves in the future, I know that I would not hesitate to buy from them again and would highly recommend them 🙂

I had an extremely large Chocolate dipped luxurious fruit basket delivered as a surprise for my birthday. The product arrived in a huge box that was well packed to ensure safety of the goodies flooded with fragile and time sensitive labels. Now, i have read some of the other reviews below saying they could have gone to a supermarket and bought multiples of fruit for the price this company is charging, however you are not only paying for the chocolate dipped fruit, you are paying for the novelty, the beautiful arrangement, the staffs time and experience. The fruit was absolutely perfect, the design was flawless, the taste was fresh and the sweet aromas were mouthwatering!..I will most definitely use this company in the future not only for family but for corporate too...an amazing job with lovely staff..a pure novelty that works!! Well Done Fruitful Occasions a very happy recipient here..

I ordered a fruit and choc basket for a friend to receive at work on her first day back after losing a family member. She decided to WFH so I had to change the date at the last minute two days on the trot. Sam was so helpful and friendly. It was finally agreed to deliver to her home address and it brought a smile to my friends face. She sent me a picture and the basket looked amazing. I would recommend to anyone who wants something a bit different to flowers. Sam bent over backwards to help and nothing was too much trouble. A big thankyou to Fruitfull Occassions.

Having used Fruitful Occasions before I was very surprised when a gift to a friend failed to arrive. I called the company and spoke to a very helpful lady called Sam. She looked into it in great depth and had photographic proof that it had been delivered. I discovered that I had got one letter of my friend's post code wrong and it had been delivered about 50 yards away although the address was correct apart from that one letter.
The company straightway sent another which arrived the following day and my friend was absolutely delighted.
I think the service I have received is excellent especially as I was partly to blame for the mistake. I shall certainly recommend this company and definitely use it again.

Fruitful occasions provided fabulous table decorations and signage for a celebration of life reception for 350 people across two locations. The arrangements were all delivered well within the agreed time period, they looked amazing, guests were so excited when they realised they were edible and the fruit was perfectly ripe. The children especially loved picking at it. I would definitely use them again.

I love ordering from Fruitful Occasions. I sometimes purchase fruit boquets for family and friends on special occasions. Everytime I have given them to a friend or family member they are just beyond happy. The design and make of them just makes your loved ones feel how loved they actually are and it creates a lot more of a statement.
The service is just great, very prompt and staff never fail to disappoint.
The delivery service and the thought they put into making the fruit basket is just lovely and is worth the cost.

I wanted to write an update to the below post as I really appreciated how Fruitful Occasions responded to address the situation.
After emailing to let them know what had happened, I received an immediate response from a lovely lady, Stella who apologised for the situation and who’d investigated how it’d happened. The message I’d requested had indeed been printed, but possibly fell off during transit. Even though this was out of Fruitful Occasion’s control, Stella was still keen to make it up to me.
As I mentioned, my grandmother received her fruit bouquet and enjoyed it very much. There are only so many chocolate strawberries a 92 year old can eat though!!! We therefore agreed to have another bouquet delivered to the nursing staff looking after her, as a thank you. Stella organised it straight away which I think was a great way to resolve the issue and also show some appreciation to our under appreciated NHS nurses. 😀
Accidents happen but it’s not every day a company responds so quickly and is happy to resolve a situation in such a way. Big 👍’s up Stella and Fruitful Occasions and I’m sure the nurses will enjoy their bouquet.

I was very disappointed. I live in Australia and therefore was not able to visit my grandmother in hospital when she recently had a stroke. I thought sending her a fruit bouquet would be a nice surprise however the personal message that I requested was not attached and the Get Well balloon had been replaced with a plain ❤️ shaped one. Therefore a random fruit bouquet arrives, she has no idea who’s sent it and the balloon makes it look like a Valentine’s Day gift!!! What was meant to be a nice gift has ended up confusing my already confused 92 year old grandmother even further ☹️ Apparently the strawberries were nice, which is why I’ve not given a 1 star review however if you’re offering a gift service like this, then attention to detail is key otherwise it’s just delivery of a very expensive punnet of strawberries.

I love this company,use them every time on personal and precious occasions, the owners are so thoughtful and they understand me as a customer, that they design the bouquet exactly the way I want without visuals.
I buy at least 3-5 times a year.

I ordered the Daisies Delight from Fruitful Occasions yesterday afternoon and it was delivered to my son this morning. He sent me a photo saying how stunning it looked, which I agree with, he then said that it looked too good to eat, but had forced himself and the first flower that he ate was delicious! I have ordered a few times from this company. I recommend to many people. Amazing customer service never had a problem with them not answering there phones. The fruit is delicious and the chocolate and beautifully packaged. 1 st class service. Fabulous gift to give to anyone

On the night of 13th November I ordered a Fruitful Occassions Basket for our anniversary which was the following day. I wanted it delivered before 12 midday because my husband was leaving for work. I was so anxoius it would not have been delivered in time since I had made the order late at night. I sent an email and called the morning of the 14th and was reassured it was out for delivery. It did arrive as promised before 12 and delivered by Andrew a very pleasant gentleman. The bouquet was lovely and the fruits sweet. We were really happy and impressed with the service.

I had an issue with my order however Customer service was very good. Company quickly rectified issue and offered me a refund. I have ordered from company on several occasions previously . Never been dissapointed. Best edible arrangements I've come across.

What can I say... literally haven’t met a company that go above and beyond for a long time. I had a specific order and a specific timescale and you were amazing! Friendly and helpful over the phone and above and beyond over their text chat service. They made me feel special, made me feel valued and most of all provided a service that gave the WOW factor! I don’t want to repeat myself but I was genuinely so impressed with their service from initial enquiry to advice, recommendations, order reassurance, chasing up my delivery, to the actual product going that completely extra mile! Shocking value for money. About £5 worth of underripe fruit attached to a Savoy cabbage in a cheap plastic pot. The pineapple was so sharp as to be virtually inedible, the melon was flavourless and hard while the strawberries suffered freezer burn from the ice packs used to keep everything fresh while in transit.
Not a company I would recommend.

Great service delivered on time my wife loved it not much of a fruit eater but these strawberrrys were very juicy n fresh along with the rest of the fruit

Initially had problems - the delivery was made to the wrong address. Also was frustrated that having tried calling customer services a couple of times, they eventually picked up with me via text rather than calling. Given I was at work and couldn’t spend time texting I asked them to call, which they did. They started by suggesting the recipient go to the other address and ask for it back - not feasible and anyway this is fresh fruit - several hours later (and possibly half-eaten!) would not have been such a nice gift. But they soon agreed with me and when I suggested a refund or re-delivery they agreed with the latter. I wouldn’t have expected any less. So not a good experience to start with, HOWEVER - the redelivery happened today and I can confirm the recipient is delighted! She sent photos showing a beautifully presented product (gift-wrapped and packaged with coolers to keep the fruit fresh) - and most importantly says the fruit is delicious! Clearly nothing has been spared on quality. I will definitely be using this service again, despite the bumpy start. Really pleased they worked to rectify the problem - worth the wait!

I ordered the gift box for my fiancé and it was absolutely gorgeous. He loved it! Will definitely be ordering again.
