FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Nothing but lies and bad service! I ordered a fruit bouquet and paid extra to have it delivered on a certain day at a certain time six days before I needed it delivered. The day it was supposed to be delivered it never showed up. I called and was told that there was a generic disclaimer on the website explaining due to logistics and time constraints they may have to reschedule your delivery date but was told they notified me by email. I told her I never received an email and she said "we sent it to you." So I told her I wanted to see said email and she says they would resend right then and I’m still waiting. Now a time sensitive gift is delayed for no reason as it was ordered with plenty of time and had I known they were understaffed or haphazard and rife with bad customer service I would have ordered from someone who could have delivered the gift on time.

Edited for reply: After writing my initial review they cancelled my order. So on top of poor customer service now you cancel my order I paid for leaving me without a gift completely and I’m rude to say the customer service is bad? The website does acknowledge that the order could be rescheduled but no where does it state that Sunday’s and Mondays are limited delivery, it also no where states on the website that you don’t deliver to certain areas on certain days. In fact the website is very misleading as it clearly says in bold that you offer next day delivery! I have in no way been rude to your staff just openly verbal at my displeasure about ordering something well in advance to not have it delivered on the date and time requested. Also now I am without a gift, I tried to contact their office and they wouldn't answer the phone and while communicating with someone on the online chat they said management effectively refused to speak to me and terminated the session! I wish I could give this business zero stars as the behavior is atrocious and this experience has been absolutely unbelievable that a business treats paying customers this way!

We are sorry that the delivery was not made today and as confirmed over the phone a email was sent to the correct email address provided.

We did advise we will make the delivery tomorrow morning and that we will make it up to you and guaranteed the recipient will be blown away with your choice of gift even though a day late.
However, we feel your review is very rude and unjust, our customer service staff were nothing but polite and trying to help but you were obviously not interested in what they had to say.

The site clearly states sufficient information on the nationwide delivery we offer and unfortunately Sunday and Monday is limited to areas. You had to confirm and accept you have read the terms on delivery in order for the order to come through to us.

Your order has now been cancelled and a full refund has been issued. Your order will be donated to a local children's hospital who we are sure will very much appreciate it.

Yes that is what you deserve as you didn't even give us the chance to make it up to you. Maybe you should go back to the initial review and see how bad it comes across??? And then you want us to still deliver???

So we might as well cancel the order as you have already stated that the service was terrible even though customer service staff were trying to help the situation. And it was the first communication we had with you at that point whereby we advised we will not only issue a refund on delivery but we will deliver and rest assure it will be worth the wait.

But you still decided to come online and post a review, which is fine, but to say things which are totally unjust and rude is not acceptable especially when we are trying to make it up to you.

As mentioned a full refund has been issued already and will be in you account within 7 working days.

Please stop bombarding us with calls and trying to contact us via online chat as there is nothing more to be said.

Nothing can compare

Nothing can compare, it was delicious, yummy, wonderful , lovely , l really don't know how l can express myself but I'd recommend anyone, just give it a go, you will be pleased you did. AMAZING😀

I ordered 21 arrangements as prizes for…

I ordered 21 arrangements as prizes for a ladies golf day. I admit to losing sleep on the question of arrival. However a charming man arrived at 9.20 having driven from Birmingham to South London. The arrangements were chilled with ice. They looked fabulous and the ladies loved them. Our only problem was keeping them cool till presentation as it was the hottest day of the year but chef found space in the walk in fridge. I would definitely recommend.

I ordered the regular fruity banquet…

I ordered the regular fruity banquet very late saturday and delivery came next day as promised.

Very proffessional and friendly customer service

Was delicered in box with ice to keep it fresh.

The fruit banquet looked amazing and stood out on the table.

Kids and adults all loved it. Fruit was fresh and juicy.

Defo recommend for any occasion or gift.

Great service, communication and product.

I purchased the nuts strawberry bouquet for my husband as an anniversary gift. It was fantastic. Fresh, and so many strawberries! They tasted delicious and the balloon I ordered was lovely too. A little niggle with the extra apple slices I ordered as they weren't included but the communication was excellent and a refund was processed when I raised it with the company. I would 100% recommend this product and come back again.

Don’t order from this company.

Although they claim on their homepage and at the top of every webpage on their website that they do next day delivery every day if you order before 3pm, this is actually only applicable to orders in Birmingham. And not do they tell you this in your confirmation email. I found out only by contacting after the time the bouquet was supposed to be delivered. And when it was eventually delivered, it was the wrong size and nothing like the one in the photo. Once I managed to get hold of them again (and this is not easy as they rarely pick up the phone), I actually spoke to a very nice and helpful lady, who organised a refund for the difference in size. She was very good, but the company itself is awful. They mislead people into purchasing services and products they do not provide.

Delivery is available next day nationwide, and if ordered after 3pm for next day then we can not guarantee the delivery. Some days are busier than others and we have many customers who have ordered after 3pm for delivery nationwide and its been delivered.
It was unfortunate that you order could not be processed in time, but we did part refund you for the inconvenience caused as well as the missing nuts on the order. Apart from that the order was correct.

Do not use if your order is time sensitive

I feel I have to review here as I looked at these reviews before I bought. My order was processed a week after I paid for it even though i asked for delivery 3 days after i ordered (given their 24 hour order claim, this should have been enough). When I realised it would not arrive on time I asked for the order to be cancelled (the order still had not been processed by this time). My emails went unanswered and ignored as the following week the order showed up and was left to rot on the doorstep while my family were away, another reason why I had cancelled the order when I realised the order would not arrive on time. I tried to contact the company by email and phone but my emails were ignored and when I called someone said they would look into my order and email me. I've yet to receive an email. In short the company failed to meet their 24 hr promise by quite a stretch, ignored contact after they had taken my money and seem uninterested in providing any semblance of customer service. I would have hoped for some response after 5 attempts at contact.

This place is a disgusting joke

This place is a disgusting joke! I will never order from them again. Over here in the US we have edible arrangements and I thought this place was comparable. My mom received rotten strawberries covered in broken up chocolate, as if someone dropped the box or sat on it. I ordered milk chocolate she got white, with no note. Even though I sent one! This place sucks!!!

It's a shame they couldn't get it right!!!

My husband received a Fruitful gift from our daughter and her family for his 75th birthday and also a red 'I Love You' balloon. It arrived on the correct day and was very nicely displayed and packaged but some of the strawberrys were very ripe and needed eating asp. However, when we sent a photo of the present to our daughter it was not what she had ordered. The balloon should have said Happy Birthday and the fruit should have had nuts included. She was very upset about this!! We both will not be using this company again.

Very dissapointing

I ordered a fruit bouquet and balloon for my daughters birthday, on arrival I opened the box to find the balloon did not float out as it had lost some of its air. My daughter unwrapped the bouquet when she came home, it was tinged brown, but on serving it to our guests it was not ripe, the melon was hard and the strawberries hard and tasteless. I rang the next day to inform them of our dissapointment only to be offered a £10 refund or a box of chocolate dipped strawberries, neither of which I want.
Will not be using or recommending this company again.

Very expensive for what essentially is just some cut up fruit.

Was sent a large fruit banquet as a thank you gift from a friend, fruit was fresh and the arrangement lovely.
I looked up the website thinking I might send one to a friend for her birthday and was shocked at how much these arrangements cost.
Yes we enjoyed what was sent but I definitely don't think what's there is worth the cost.
Think I would have enjoyed a bag of fruit from my local supermarket just as much as the fruit that was sent.

Thanks for the reply, but there was lots of things in my 'budget' however my point was that the cost of the fruit to the actual value for money aspect didn't add up to me.
For what was spent on the basket sent to me i could have bought 4x the amount of fruit from my local supermarket and I would have been guaranteed local produce.
Your products are lovely and fruit fresh but I think you charge too much.

You saved our reputation!
Ordered from another company for an event 2 months ago and they contacted us 2 days before the delivery to say they are unable to deliver because they don't have enough staff?
This was a big corporate event and I now needed to find an alternative company last minute to provide 1000 Gold/Silver Chocolate coated Strawberries!

Spoke to Sam and she was very accommodating considering the situation we were in.
The strawberries arrived fresh and looked fabulous. The guests were very impressed and definitely the talk of the evening.
