I have ordered from Fruitful a few…

I have ordered from Fruitful a few times over the past couple of years and always experienced the best service and quality everytime.
Most recently, I ordered for my work colleagues and not only did my fruit bouquet look beautiful but the fruit was premium quality. The strawberries were huge and very sweet.

Was recommended to try Fruitful Occasions.
I wanted to order something different, rather than the usual old flowers and these sure did the job. My client was very impressed and said the fruit was delicious.
I also got a notification advising when the delivery had been made. GREAT SERVICE GUYS, KEEP IT UP 😉

The weather has been terrible and…

The weather has been terrible and Fruitful Occasions still managed to deliver my birthday gift for my wife.
I cant thank you enough.
I ordered from a few other companies and non arrived except yours.
I think its only fair that i mention the exceptional service iv received.

Great Customer Service

I highly recommend this company. I had a big issue with an order that was placed under past ownership. The new owners have not only made it right, but they have exceeded my expectations.
My 100 year old grandmother was thrilled with her bouquet.

Disgusting customer service!

I placed an order online for Delivery on Monday 12th feb 2018. My partner stayed in all day with 2 children in half term,waiting for a surprise as that was our day to celebrate valentines. it did not turn up. I rang up at 16:00 and I stated it did not turn up they were apologetic but stated “ delivery was attempted” but no note from the courier had been left and we live in a block flats where u buzz to our flat to be allowed access. So you can’t not hear it. They said redelivery for next day as priority.

13th feb- was delivered and it was the wrong order - I ordered the fruitful blossom no chocolate or anything due to dietary needs. We got delivered chocolate strawberries and minimal grapes where as I ordered blossom which is full of grapes. I understand things differ eg - basket to pots. I rang AlOT of times and got through to someone who said a manger will ring you wed 14th regarding the issue. Come Thursday no phone call and still not picking up their phones or replying to online CHAT - send 4 emails yet again no reply! Friday They finally answered their phones but the lady said manager wasn’t in AGAIN and asked us to wait for them to ring astoday he was planning on ringing- we waited till 5pm and rang Again! Then 7pm we got a text from a supervisor stating we would only get 50% refund or Redeliver! We wanted a full refund as it’s taken 3 days for a “manager” to get back to us. My daughter ate one strawberry so the rest was still in box - they said they will get a delivery guy to pick it up on sat 15th to investigate with management about our refund. Obviously never turned up still sitting outside a week later and still refusing to give us full refund. Also the worse customer service because no manger has rung us a week on! Just a text from surprivisor how unprofessional.

Monday 19th yet again not answering their phones. Or emails.

Tuesday 20th- we received email at 7:30 still saying refund of 50% or redelivery why an earth would I want a redelivery a week on? With no managment communication- rude staff - texting customers because supvisor ovbs has no back bone to call me! I find it funny how you can’t give us a full refund we haven’t eaten ur fruit- still in the same box and bubble wrap we don’t want redelivery and you cba to talk to us to sort the problem. Your customer service is disgusting and you should be ashamed at how your treating your customers. I’m sure I’ll get a reply on here...

“ 14:25- As we thought we got a reply within minutes of this review and even a phone call!! But this phone calls were only the concern of the review they want taken down! They rang us saying doesnt take u this long to take it down after already sending 6 texts and previous phone call but as a family we are busy and I was driving.funny how they want instant reaction from us but we had to wait 8days..

Also with the threats makes me laugh as I wish I could post texts to show ur future customers how rude you are. I find funny how you make threats saying you will hold our money if we don’t take it down, Contradicting yorselves. But we are waiting our refund in next 7days.

As we can see you , your not a fan of people writing their views about how AWfUL your services are so you like to make out we all lie...

We are sorry that you feel your complaint was not dealt with sufficiently and from our understanding the delivery was made on the correct day and we have proof of this. The courier are stating no one was home and they had to re attempt which we had already advised you of this.

In regards to the fruit bouquet, we had offered to re deliver as the chocolate was added as complimentary, and most customers very much appreciate this. But in your case we understand the you dont like chocolate. Thus we offered to re deliver straight away.

You had communication with a member of staff who has kept you updated vis phone and on busy occasions via text at all times, it is a shame you have fabricated things on here to make it seem much worse than it is.
You failed to mention a full refund has been issued already?

You advised you will be removing this review but then decided to blackmail us and threaten us over the phone even though the refund had already been issued? For your kind information we don't need you to remove your review as we have thousands of happy customers and have been in business for over 10 years which speaks for it self. As you can see on here we also have 5 star reviews for customer service???

We accept initially communication was difficult as it was valentines week, but you were always able to get through to us. Your clearly not being honest.

And yes, we accept we rang you as trust pilot sent us a email to say you have sent us a review, plus we were already in communication via your mobile so it wasnt going to be difficult to reach you was it?

If you have the refund then why would we say we will withhold it? Does not make sense?

You clearly are getting a buzz out of this by suggesting we like to make it look like everyone is lying!

The reality is there are always 2 sides to every story and a full refund was issued so be happy :)

We tried our best to resolve the matter and communication was there at all times.

We are willing to re deliver the correct order for you, you can keep this review on we don't care if that's what makes you happy.

I have to say I started my order just …

I have to say I started my order just before midnight on the 29/1/18 by time I finally decided it was after 1am. When i checked my order there was no delivery date. I wanted it delivered on the 30/1/18. This morning in a panic I did a live chat with someone called Sam who checked my order told me it would be delivered today 30/1/18 but not before 10:30 as requested he did however upgrade my order to the larger size. I got a text from the courier en route and my lovely surprise was delivered with no fuss. So pleased would definitely use you again. Fantastic service!!

Outstanding and speedy communication …

Outstanding and speedy communication helped provide an amazing experience. I ordered a box of strawberries for my girlfriend, who was having a rough week, in order to cheer her up. I am currently in Canada, and I ordered the strawberries in hopes of next day delivery. However, the time difference led to some confusion. The sales team was very efficient in their communication with me, and ensured delivery on the next convenient day. I can't speak for the product myself, but my girlfriend made sure to finish everything that same day. So I'm assuming they were delicious.

I would highly recommend Fruitful Occasions due to their amazing service.

Excellent delivery, on a Saturday as well.
My daughter was over the moon to receive the fruit bouquet and it looked amazing in pictures she sent me .

After the initial disappointment with …

After the initial disappointment with our original order, we contacted customer services via email to complain. Our complaint was dealt with both swiftly and efficiently. A complimentary arrangement was sent in the way of an apology. What started out as a negative experience, was quickly turned round into a positive one.

How are you still in business..

How are you still in business... Ordered a bouquet for a colleague for Monday the 16th of October 2017. Order was received... BUT on Saturday the 14th of October. Left out in the heat all weekend. Monday morning we had rain so the box then got drenched. I paid for extra chocolate covered fruit. These are broken. Tried calling since 9am. NO answer. Tried Live support. More like dead support as there is none. Tried contact via contact us page. Erm no surprise no answer from this source either. Will not STOP until I get some answers! This is not acceptable to treat people who work hard for their money like this. Despicable.

Fruit that was re delivered was absolutely delightful and fresh.

Being threatened with legal action if I dont remove my review or bribe me into doing so with a refund still counts as horrible customer service.

I really wish you had just spoken to me in a better tone on the phone. Or even via email. But your tone is definitely not that of someone I would want to rate. I am sorry you are offended by my review but maybe you will learn that customer service is as important as the product.

It is a shame that you are not removing this review given the fact that not only are you not stating the truth whereby you had entered the wrong delivery date resulting in us delivering on the Saturday.

But what is most shocking and hurtful is we had advised yourself via email and spoken to the recipient Jane on Monday to arrange a re delivery that week. We had not only re arranged a fresh delivery but we spoke with Jane after the delivery was made and she was very happy with it.

From what we understand we had rectified the issue even though you had put in the wrong delivery date which is not our fault.
You have not only avoided our numerous calls in regards to this matter but it has become apparent you have no intention of removing this review which clearly comes across that we have taken your money and not delivered or rectified the issue which is totally untrue!

In regards to not being able to get through to us, it was Monday morning and we are usually very busy however communication was made with yourself by lunch time and we had spoken with the recipient in regards to re delivering.

We value each and every customer and we have sincerely tried our best to make this up to you but you can not please everyone no matter how hard you try.

Obviously you have no need to speak to us as you've had your re delivery and its just one big game isn't it???

Yes we did offer you a refund and we also said that we value our customers more than you know and if your still not happy then we will happily refund you. Is this what you call terrible customer service????

Fruitful Occasions Basket Nightmare!

This is the worst experience I have ever had!
1. July 4, 2017 - I ordered 2 Baskets - one for my Aunt's Funeral and the other for my cousin who was in hospital following major surgery. I told them to expect the Baskets. Fruitful Occasions did not send my Order and did not even bother to contact me. The Funeral passed and my cousin was released from hospital and still no contact from Fruitful Occasions.

2. July 14, 2017 - I had to follow up with them after my Bereaved Uncle told me that he never received the basket and Sam from Fruitful Occasions assured me that it would be delivered no later than the following Wednesday.

3. July 24, 2017 - The Basket was not delivered the second time. I had to follow up with them again and they said it was not their fault. The Courier was to blame. I told them that they were responsible for the Courier they used and given the fact that this was the second time the Order was not delivered that they might think of getting another Courier. Besides, they still could have been responsible and contacted me to let me know. I asked them to please give me a refund right away.

4. July 28, 2017 - I have been contacting Sam at Fruitful Occasions again and again and I still have not received a refund.

I will never use this Company EVER again!

We are so sorry for the inconvenience which was caused.
From our understanding we did make and deliver your order however the courier in that area had let us down not only the company but you as a customer :(

We did advise we will re deliver however we decided to change couriers as we did not want to risk using the same couriers again. We advised this may take longer than usual as we will be looking into other couriers etc...

As there was further delays due to us finding a replacement courier we decided to issue a full refund in order to not delay things further.

We would also like to point out that we were closed due to relocation between 25th July till 20th August thus communication was not possible however the refund had already been issued by then,

I ordered a fruit basket & balloons for a birthday surprise. I gave plenty of notice, 3 days before & I paid an addition £17.99 for delivery before 10am on a Saturday. Now Monday & it's still not arrived. I've called 4 times & no one answers, just a machine, so 4 messages later & ive emailed & still no explanation. £60.00 is a lot of money to waste. To be ignored when there is a problem just adds insult - AVOID

21st Feb 2018 - interesting!! There is no way you can have left messages - I do not have a voice service on my cell - Think you'll be seen for what you are?
And as for your comment that I'd remove my review, yes you tried three times " well refund if you remove the review" as you said "it damages your business". Perhaps you should have considered that before you "Damaged" a toddler's birthday surprise from me.

If I were you I'd not be poking this hornets nest any further as I now formally want to demand you provide me copies of these alleged recordings as they were recorded WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT". Off to check out legislation around this.

Tracey you advised us you would like a re delivery for Halloween and to ring her closer to the time to arrange? We offered you a refund also but you declined?

We have no reason to lie.We rang numerous times and left many messages, only to be ignored.
We really wanted to resolve the the issue and make it up to you so its very strange that you are totally not acknowledging this.

You are right we could not leave a voice message, thus sent you numerous sms messages asking for you to get back to us as Halloween was round the corner.

You said the same thing last time you are a 'solicitor' and want to sue us for what we are worth. Maybe you should have a bit more consideration for small businesses that work very hard to make a living for there families than threatening them.

We did feel really bad and that's why we offered to re deliver and refund. That's what you do when you care about your customers.But you didnt give us the opportunity to make it up to little MARNIE.
You are happy to get on here again and again yet would not answer our calls or reply to our messages.

The fact is some customers are happy to leave bad reviews and its clear that's what you are bothered about as you never gave us the opportunity to make it up to you.
Making false statements on here saying we said "It damages your business" just shows your intention as this was never said at any point in our communication with you.
We have many happy customers that keep coming back :). And if you didnt want to give us the opportunity to make it up to you then at least mention this in you review?

22nd Feb, We do not trust you would be updating your review in our favor at all! Clearly you did not want us to rectify the situation and were more concerned about the review being kept on. Otherwise you would not have ignored our calls and messages in the first place.

Yes it is important readers are aware of the whole situation as we are only stating the facts as sometimes customers don't mention they were offered a refund and or a re delivery???? In your case we offered both and that is why we had to make it clear on here.

Sorry but we dont trust what you are saying, we are sure any updated review even after a refund will be negative regardless. The reason we say this is because you have gone out of your way to totally deny what we are saying on here. Not once have you accepted that we had offered to rectify the situation and that speaks for itself.
