Fantastic product except the wall socket plug size
I found the choosing and ordering process very easy . After a hiccup in the delivery system it all came together very well .
I'm very pleased with my ground mat and have been using it everyday.
I will point out though , for New Zealand customers the size of the earth plug is very wrong size wise . NZ plugs have a 2.5 mm pin not 5mm as supplied. I had to resize the plug to make it fit , but got it in the end without compromising the safety of the earth.

Phone didn't do what i wanted, sent back, lot of muck around, with no luck, Hong Kong mail service sent phone back. Never buying any of there products again. Very disappointed

I purchased 4 x Tuya wifi smoke alarm…
I purchased 4 x Tuya wifi smoke alarm with temperature and humidity sensors. The product works okay but it chews through AA batteries. I put good batteries (new Energizer AA batteries) and the battery has gone from 100% to 72% in 3 days. At this rate the batteries won't last two weeks! I also found that some of the monitoring functions require me to pay an ongoing subscription fee to utilize the advertised functionality. This is misleading and extremely disappointing. I won't be dealing with this company again.
