One shinpad, NOT a pair, but a happy ending!
I ordered what I thought was a pair of shinpads, as the advertising picture showed a child wearing a pair of shinpads, and also because one shinpad is of no use on its own!
In due time I received one shinpad. After messaging the email address, both times they just came back that they had stated 1pc. Now I am asking for a refund but not holding my breath on that happening.
Here is an update on the above review @ 23/04/26
After asking for a refund, the vendor came back with the offer to send a second shinpad, no extra charges.
I gladly accepted and the shinpad came today ( at the review date above).
So I am very pleased that this had a happy ending! Thank you Fruugo!
PS I have tried several times to change the star rating, but it keeps reverting to my original one. For the record, if it doesn't change this time, I've given it a five star rating!

Not NZ based company
Hubby thought was buying through a NZ company. 2 orders made same day on 1/3/2026. 3 wks past by, one order was cancelled without any explanation, credit back to bank card. The other order failed to be delivered with no further updates to why. Tracking of this parcel stopped. With two further inquiries from us to asking where the likelihood of missing parcel would be 7days apart, to get the same generated spat from Fruugo We get a refund back to credit card 8/4/2026 and no further updates via email. Disappointing to say the least, in today’s delivery we should be waiting 5 wks for postal of parcels.
If Fruugo want to let me know more on the fail delivery of my parcel- Order number was 22875707. There was no hand over to our rural postal service.
The other item was canceled order number was 228757784 -with email sent of cancellation on 18/3/2026 saying unfortunately due to product disconnected.
We find the whole thing disappointing, and felt some updates throughout the course of the orders, would have been more acceptable.
