If I could give negative stars I would! Said it’ll take 2 weeks to send out. Since we had a long weekend I got to them because it was meant to be shipped last week to no avail. There’s no way I’m contacting anyone when I managed to email them to ask they cancelled my order!! Almost 4 weeks for them to cancel my order!!!
Oh also my card was tried again 3 weeks after, worth $200 for what exactly… don’t know. Bloody scams I tell you! DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL TRY AND SCAM MONEY OFF YOU AND CANCEL YOUR ORDERS

The items I paid for looked tiny…
The items I paid for looked like trial sized bottles instead of Full sized bottles. The appearance on the picture was completely different in reality. I could have gone to the store & saved money & wait time. I won’t be ordering from Fruugo again…

I originally ordered because the website indicated the product was available in New Zealand and was then disappointed to receive an email saying it was coming from China and would arrive by 6 May. (Too late really). However it arrived on 23 April which was great! So pleased with the product and thrilled with delivery speed. Just don’t worry people so much with a super cautious delivery eta.
