order a 3 part kit for a ford transit. I checked the pump number which matched with the parts. Only one part arrived out of the three and it was the wrong part. Cant see my order to query and cant get to speak to anyone. Worst experience possible. lost 190 dollars and will never use this cowbay companty again

Deceiving information
I paid $23 in shipping for an item valued at $22 in order to receive it more quickly. Other websites indicated an estimated delivery time of approximately two weeks, with shipping costs at less than half the price.
However, Fruugo.co.nz advertised dispatch within two days. Given that it presents itself as a local website and charges a premium for shipping, I reasonably expected faster delivery. Instead, the item is being shipped from overseas and is taking a similar amount of time to arrive as it would have from the other websites.

I ordered a case for my Kindle from…
I ordered a case for my Kindle from Fruugo thinking that 'Fruugo NZ' was new Zealand-based. I waited weeks for the delivery and when the product arrived I realized it was the wrong model so I contacted Fruugo to request a change offering to pay the local shipping. I was informed that I would have to pay for the shipping back to China. They pretend that they are NZ-based which should mean that there is a warehouse in NZ so they are misleading the public. I shall never buy from this company again and I am going to post this review regularly.
