On Aug 21

On Aug 21 , I went to the store in Apache Junction AZ @ 7:30 pm. My husband and I had an incident with an employee at a register. The manager was called and helped but when I walked away the employee said something bad about me. So we went home and called the store to talk to the same manager. I told him what was said and he said it doesn’t matter and I tried to tell him she was very pushy and kept interrupting me.
Is this a way a manager talks to a customer on phone?
We were so embarrassed the he had to pay only 3$ so I can get out the door.
This is the only store we have here. But if this is how we are going to be treated than I don’t want to go back!!
I think we will avoid shopping there all together and just get our food at food banks! I will not put up with insults and managers not taking the time to listen to customers!!!

Watch your checker

At the checkout point, the checker dropped my eggs on the counter. She opened the carton, and said things looked OK. When I got home it was easy to see that 3 eggs were broken and useless. Maybe she had a bad day, but she seemed so very rushed that she just wanted to get rid of me. It made me want to go back and challenge her about the eggs. But, I didn't do it.

Scan coupons in store

Spent a lot of time in store trying to scan the in-store coupons. Did not work. Do you really think seniors are getting the specials when we have to jump thru all the hoops?
Way too much work to shop frys
Now. Changing grocery stores!

Dangerous pick-up shoppers

I was shopping with my children, choosing milk. An employee by the name of Donovan, a shopper, decided I was in his way. As he was saying move, move, he pushed the big blue shopping cart into my left arm. I was in disbelief, still am. I spoke to one of the managers on duty (kicking myself for not getting her name) and she said his actions were rude.
She apologized but that was it, no mention of reprimanding the employee.
Be careful around those shoppers, they'll run you over if given the opportunity.

I shopped at Frys Food on Broadway in…

I shopped at Frys Food on Broadway in Mesa Az this morning. Cashier Rodney was rude. I suspect he had a problem with me wearing a mask to protect myself from Covid. None of their employees wear a mask ! In addition he charged me $6 for two mangoes and they were marked at two for $4 I attempted to leave feedback at their website and got this message "You don't have permission to access this website on this server." I guess they don't really want feedback.
Another male cashier likes to tell me how great trump is. I don't need or want political advice from Frys cashiers Shopping at Walmarts is looking like a better alternative.

I was overcharged in the store

I was overcharged in the store. I had to jump thru hoops to get a refund on the Prego sauce. I did not notice they also did not reflect the digital coupon price on 2 other items. I tried using chat but that was useless. I spoke to an agent and she tried wheeling a dealing. She offered me $3 refund. I refused because I had been overcharged $5.81. She then offered $5. It was settled for $6. A note on the bottom of the receipt indicated they were have pricing issues, so why should I have to put on a dog and pony show to just be charged correctly. I truly think some of the issues are corporate polices there for this corporation to make more money and who cares about the customer.

Hating the digital coupon scam

I absolutely hate that. They try to force you to buy more than one product to get a better price. I thought that that was bad enough but this making people go online to download a digital coupon really stinks. I do not have the patience but what I do do is get really upset when there’s a very good deal on blueberries and I can’t take advantage of it. Sometimes I have gone online to try to load coupons and then forget, trying to search by produce it gives you everything except for fresh fruit. It’s just a crappy website and a Terrible marketing idea. It just makes me super pissed off every time I get out of that store so I avoid it and now Foodcity’s trying to do the same thing I don’t need three bottles of soda, pop or three bags of chips in my house to try to make me fat I’m sure someday this is going to be illegal because of the obesity of the great deal of Americans but right now they’re allowed to do it.

Wedding Cake…

We have had a couple of special bakery items done. Special cupcakes and today was my little sisters small wedding. Guess who did the wedding cake? Frys did! It was amazing tasting and beautiful. What great talent you have in Melanie Woodruff-Williams. This is for the store in Prescott, AZ off of Willow Creek Rd. I wish that I could send in a picture of the cake.

They began charging to do a cash back…

They began charging to do a cash back years ago at the checkout on top of their greatly over priced items.
I left them out in the cold long ago and never looked back. Safeway is also over priced but at least they still have the integrity left to not charge for cash back at the checkout.

Overcooked Chicken

I have been shopping at the Frys in Apache Junction for 20 years. I ordered an online pick up order today. I had an 8 piece baked chicken in the order. When I got home and opened the container I was shocked. The pieces were about as big as a Cornish game hen, only 7 pieces, no breasts and about as dry and shriveled like it had been sitting for hours. Went back to store and returned it and got another chicken that was still in heater but looked just as bad. It was so overcooked and dry you couldn’t hardly eat it!!

Home delivery a BIG NO

Was using the home delivery option due to recent surgery prohibiting walking. The first time I was charged 4.98 on my debit card for no reason. Was supposed to be reversed... still waiting. Second and last time I will ever order I was charged 14.98 for something that clearly stated was out of stock on my receipt. After repeated attempts to resolve it with customer service I was told a refund "request" would be submitted and it could take 30-45 days. It took them 30-45 seconds to debit it from my account. After 2 issues in a row with this happening I wouldn't recommend home delivery.

I'm done with them. App takes forever to load and there is always an issue with the digital coupon thing. When you ask for assistance, they always try to talk down to you like you're an idiot. Never going to shop at Frys again

When someone becomes focused on money, there's one thing they can't focus on, being human. Too bad nothing will change no matter what we say or do.

I ❤️ love going to Frys because of the great service that we receive fromJoey Abston

I ❤️ love going to Frys. You have the best cashier on the planet and his name is Joey Abston. He always has a smile on his face and is always so friendly. Joey is a great asset to Frys and whenever my husband and I visit your store, we always check out at Joey's station. You are so lucky to have him on your staff! He's been working at Frys for many years and he always provides the best customer service! It really surprises me that he isn't already a manager at your store. Maybe he already is, as I don't know Joey personally. Anyway, you are lucky to him on your staff! Joey works at the 90th and Shea location in Scottsdale,

I get my prescriptions filled at Fry's…

I get my prescriptions filled at Fry's on Shea and 90th. Scottsdale. I went in a couple of months ago to pick up two prescriptions. One of them I didn't need to start taking right away as I still had some left over from previous refill. When I started taking the new refill of "T" pills I noticed the pills were smaller but I know that sometimes pharmacies use different companies so I thought perhaps another company made them a bit smaller. On 2/1/23 I noticed my "T" pills looked exactly like my second prescription of "E" pills. So I looked them up on line and saw my two bottles of pills were the exact same medication. I went to Fry's pharmacy that evening and told the pharmacist about getting the wrong pills in a bottle that said another kind of medication. He accused me of filling the first bottle "T" pills with my "E" pills. That's how I have the wrong pills in the "T" bottle! No questions just came right up to me and accused me doing this on my own. When I told him it was their mistake not mine he kept giving me his version of events being my own doing like I was some kind of addict looking to scam him out of more pills. He took all the pills away from me (yes the ones I paid for) and said he could no longer help me. I called the police and of course the pharmacist was all about saying him and I could have taken care of the matter peacefully. I explained what he accused me of doing but couldn't seem to get across the point that this could have been a dangerous incident had I been given a pill that I didn't take all together, bad enough I was taking my "E" prescription twice a day when I should have only taken it once a day. I ended up having to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy as the pharmacist was going to file his report and I'm sure say I was trying to scam him and I can no longer get my prescription from Fry's just so he could cover his own butt for his mistake. Watch out for this pharmacy and the pharmacist, check your medication to be sure it's right before leaving or you'll be accused of being some kind of addict working a scam if something like this happens to you.

We do our monthly shopping at Frys…

We do our monthly shopping at Frys every month. On Jan 4th around 2.30 p.m., there were no carts available one cart was out of service and the other had a note that said does not charge. That's fine things happened we figured the third cart was being used because you have 3 electric carts for that store. We just said we will wait until tomorrow to shop. The second day at 10.30 am we encountered the exact same issue 2 carts down and thought the third was being used. That is fine we will come back in the morning. So the next day we got up made a special point to be there when they opened and we were the first ones in line when they opened up at 7 am and went straight to the carts and guess what 2 carts down and there was no third cart and that is when we got upset and went to Walmart. For monthly groceries, we spend around 300 dollars which Walmart got instead of Fruys. I am not sure if management gets bonuses every month for being below cost that kind of conducting business can lead to customer service being sacrificed. Im not sure about this but I think certain types of stores are responsible for making sure that Businesses provide access for disabled patron and carts that are broken down does not provide reasonable access for people with disabilities. I will try and find out by looking into this.

The Frys store sucks

The Frys store I went to was on Broadway in mess. The manager would not give me the sale price because I did not enter my #. I told him I would call cooperate office to complain he told me to go ahead they won't do anything. This happen June 2022 I shop at Safeway now.
