This pharmacist is frustrated because she's the only pharmacist in the pharmacy. She has ONE helper and just herself. I came in 4 days after my Rx was delivered so I would t have to wait 2.5 hours to have it filled. I was wrong. They said that unless I come at 4pm that I will have to wait for 2 hours. I waited 2 hours 25 minutes and finally it was ready. Before I could get my Rx from the pharmacist though I was lectured by her! She told me not to come before 4pm and not to RUSH THEM! I wasn't aware that a 2.5 hour wait was rushing? EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED PHARMACIST who makes time to lecture customers but not to fill rxs? Also she was in the back on her personal phone for 10" If Fry's can't afford to hire enough Pharmacy people to take care of its consumers then Close the Pharmacy.

Their online pharmacy dashboard is inoperable. I have tried chrome, edge, and firefox. No addons. I can log in to the main store page but pharmacy page returns "error.' Can't even log into the app. Copied the password into the app and my credentials are "wrong." Either find better IT people, or pay them a living wage so they care about their job. This has been going on for days.

The digital ad process that Fry's has started is an insult to all senior citizens.

We have reached out to the company on the very next day the 17th (1st call), was told right when I purchase the card and active a fraud charge was reported so they deactivate the card, they order a replacement card and was told I will receive my replacement card with in 7-14 business days. We called the company back on the Fed 2nd (2nd call) was told by their manager I should received my card on the 3rd the next day, this will mark the 14th business day. Now its the 7th of Feb and I still have not received my replacement card. I am very disappointed very upset, as the Kroger company Fry's food on 10660 Grand Ave, Sun City, AZ 85351 advertise their fuel points promotion when purchasing these gift cards and here we are 23 days later still waiting for my gift card. Fry's food store refuse to help, stating all gift card purchase are final. This is not right, Kroger needs to step up to fix this issue or give me my refund back!!!. This is the 3rd time this have happened to me when I purchase these gift cards from Fry's Food during their fuel point promotion. I tried already tried calling this 888.853.9536 no help what so ever, you get customer service people from India very difficult to understand, all I get from this company I have to wait another 3 business days this makes 17 business days, just excuses after excuses. This next step if this BBB complaint doesn't fix help fix my problem will be small claims court.

I picked up Honeycrisp apples- the whole entire tray was labeled "honey crisps on sale 97C". At the counter, it rang $3.97/lbs. I asked what the sale was and the assistant front end manager (Gary" at Northern and 51 ave, glendale, AZ, treated me like a criminal- just like I wanted free stuff, I was quite embarrassed. Anyway, this was my worse experience ever at a Frys Food Store.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The fry's on hunt highway RARELY has the drive through open, they take 3 - 4 days or more to fill prescriptions, and if you are in the hospital and need a prescription, you have to wait hours or days! This is totally unacceptable in this day and age. Hunt highway had 6 people working in the pharmacy but say they don't have enough staff to open the drive through. This makes it very clear they want sick people in the store so others get sick and they can sell more medication. They should all be fired and replaced with human beings.

Frys Food store located at speedway and Pantano, in Tucson AZ. The poor cashier at Money Services was super busy and when she called for a manager multiple times, the manager never showed up. I even offered to walk over and speak with the manager, as she was not interested in performing her managerial duties. I stood in line for 40 minutes before the sweet cashier could assist me.
I have lived in Tennessee and was used to the excellent service at Kroger. Kroger stores are efficient and clean. This Frys store is dirty and I’ll managed!

I like my Fry's. They've never discriminated based on health condition and the service/pricing is great. I'm in Chandler AZ, Ocotillo and Gilbert rd. They've continued to earn my business over the last year and a lot of businesses have lost it.

watch out when you buy gas with points...I had 566 points for feb and 588 for March..when I went to get my gas they said I had 50 cents per gallons off ...so They automatically took the highest amount of points that had a highest cent discount which was March ...so I lost all my Feb Points as they took the highest amount which was March...real sneaky..!!!..even , their customer service rep. said they always screw customers that way. Don't let them take advantage of you this way...at Least Safeway allows you a way to select what points you want to use....

For over a month I've tried to buy Miller Lite in bottles at the Fry's store on Main St. and Alma School. I've talk to the manager, with solution. I will now go to Food City.

Kroger Co. will close two supermarkets in Southern California in response to a local ordinance requiring extra pay for certain grocery employees working during the pandemic.

Check your fuel points make sure that you get credit for all coupons and special coupons for fuel and gift card fuel points. Have had many issues with fuel points not being added at time of purchase and have had to call several times to get it figured out , Just wat your receipts .......

I had a pick up order. arrived and waited for someone to bring my groceries out. A older gentleman brought my groceries out wearing no mask and no gloves. At that point I really wanted to leave but needed food in the house. He was talking to me thru closed windows and I told him to put the food in the trunk.. Yes the trunk was opened he packed the trunk still no gloves and 3/4 way in finally put mask on Then opened back door didn’t tell him to yes I should have had doors locked He could of asked I would of told him to leave the foot on the floor then he wanted to give me the receipt told him put in the trunk no instead he opened back door again I was very agitated went I left Will Not Go Back

I never been to fry's since I moved out to AZ.
The people are friendly and extremely professional and helpful.
Great prices.
The best part about fries the Wing bar, best wings for low price.
I went to a few fry's locations didn't have a wing bar.
PLEASE PUT A WING BAR IN ALL LOCATIONS. :)

Good afternoon to everyone that work for the Fry'S Food Store Customer Center how are all of yous doing today.I do hope that all of yous are doing ok smile.Also I do hope that all of yous will have a very wonderful day and yes always enjoy life ok smile.In ending I want to tell you that two people that I will state below that work as Scanning Machine Helpers were very Professional Helpful and very very Caring to me and others when I was checking my items out ok smile.Last of all I want to say that both ladies are always very Positive Role Models for all young and old people that work in the Fry'S Food Store ok smile.Finally below are the two very wonderful ladies names that I mention so much about above.Now last of all the Fry'S Food Store is located at 7050 E. 22nd St., Tucson,AZ 85710.
