Incredible staff, open, honest and helpful

Very friendly staff, the car was exactly as advertised (unlike others I'd been to see) the whole buying experience was seamless.

Great service my choice of car was presented just as i was told it would be. No pressure from Mark just honest friendly service. Delighted with new car Ford Kuga all in great order.

I’d been looking for a Volvo XC90 for several months before I stumbled across this company.
What can I say, the non pushy approach, the friendliness and willingness to the extra mile was absolutely amazing. After being given a personal video of a vehicle they thought suited my needs and wants, I made my way to their site. I was given the keys to the car and all the paperwork and left to my devices to make up my mind without a salesman hanging over my shoulder. I was very happy with the maintenance and care they give to the cars they sell and proceeded to buy the car. I was given great warranty and peace of mind that they would be there for me even after I’d left and completed the purchase and they haven’t let me down, fixing a small issue I later found and keeping in touch to see how I am getting on with my new car. Can honestly say that in all my years of driving and cars owned this place gave the most family vibe and I would recommend everyone to check their stock. Massive thank you to Mark who aided me the whole way and left me with no questions or worries. A credit to your company.

Straight forward, no faff service. Sold our used Audi a3 to them through motorway app. Sam organised the test drive, pickup and purchase from us. Hell of a nice guy. Money paid into my bank account on the spot after test drive and quick look round. Would sell to them again. Excellent

A big shout out to all the guys at freespirit, they always go above and beyond to help you whether you purchase a car or help when you have a issue with your car. I needed something changing on my insignia and without an appointment I just popped to see them and they were happy to help me there and then. Highly recommend freespirit for all your car needs.

We recently purchased our second car from Free Spirt, what can I say absolutely fantastic service from start to finish same as when we bought our first car.
All finance sorted prior to us collecting, private plate all taken care of, new car serviced new MOT and very clean. Mark even filled the tank for us, to save us from doing it so we could drive straight back to South Wales.
Absolutely nothing for us to do.
Mark is a total pleasure to deal with, whatever you ask of him he does exceptionally well.
We will definitely be contacting Mark again in the future when we decide the time is right for us to change.
