Great service and price they always come on the day they are expected and leave everything exactly as they should

We ended the contract early, they never empty the bins but charge for missed collections.

Never had an issue, Reliable, Drivers very friendly, kept informed of any issues.

Reliable service. Informed in good time of billing dates / changes to collections.

I had multiple contracts with other waste companies however the service was not as expected. When I contacted Fresh start Sean was very helpful and got me sorted, Sean over delivered and had it all done and sorted, with bins delivered within the week, even during the holiday season just in time for new year. Communication was amazing and really helpful.
That is 5 stars from me

I have been using Fresh Start since taking over a premises.

Having rung around, I found Fresh Start to be the most competitive. I was offered a date for delivery of the bin and the driver delivered on the date and time as promised.

We had an issue with our first collection. Driver wasn't aware of where the bin was located. Quick call with the office and collection was rearranged. Faultless collections ever since.

Very happy with price and service and happy to recommend!

6 weeks without a collection.. lost for words with the number of excuses they have come up with… driver can’t find you… no access … blamed agency drivers… new drivers… No one seems to care in the customer service department and now the sales person is ignoring the calls.. to make it worse they failed to collect today even tho we put a liveried vehicle outside and they collected from our neighbour! Avoid at all cost!!

Really disappointed with the level of service, recently had many missed collections despite being told repeatedly that they are on there way. In fact on one occasion we were informed that the bins had already been collected and were given a time of collection in the future!
Been charged for bins that were never collected and had unexplained charges on the statement, despite being told on multiple occasions that they would ring back, we still haven't received a call.

AVOID AVOID WORST COMPANY IN SOUTHPORT THEY CAN'T EVEN TAKE YOUR BIN BECAUSE DRIVER CANT GET TO THEM SEND THE DRIVERS ON TEST BECAUSE ALL LORRY DRIVER CAN DRIVE IN JUST YOUR COMPANY CAN'T RIDICULOUS NEVER FRESHWASTE

So far a great company to deal with. No failed collections unlike Biffa which was 3 in 5 attempts. Never had an issue so far with Fresh Start, keep up the good work!

Have a small restaurant. Been using them for about 8 year now since i started the restaurant but last couple of years their service becoming a joke. They keep failing to empty the rubbish all the time. Last month alone they failed to empty it 3 times in a row. When i contact them. Keep giving excuse they cant stop because of a park car and the customer service seem just don't care about it. Look like they just looking for any excuses to not empty the rubbish. The most screw up part is they still bill us for the "NOT" emptying the rubbish. They basically charge me for a drive by.

Absolutely shocking !!
We ordered 2 x 12 yard skips from here and they have had no problem with dropping them off and collecting the money but then the skips have been left for over a month, after countless requests to remove them. This is not only an inconvenience for us as a business but people are also putting their own rubbish in them. I’ve literally just been on the phone to them to request collection of the skips and the customer service advisor put the phone down on me. They then had the neck to send me a bill for £259.20 when I’d already paid them over £500 for use of the skips ?????

I've been using Fresh Waste now for almost two years. They provide removal of our waste for our 5 star hotels and rental properties. Jason the Area Manager is always on hand to help us with any queries. During the pandemic Fresh have also been very helpful in dealing with any queries.

Great service. Never had any problems regarding pickups or extra weight charges! Spot on customer service and will keep using into next years contract!

We have been using this company for a year now and we have just renewed our contract with them. Excellent customer care and would highly recommend.

Brought on board by Nicki, she delivered on promises and provided a personal service. If we had a problem she was at the end of the phone, and consistently checked everything was ok.
Hopefully that continues now things are getting back to normal.
