Claire was very professional, efficient and definitely beat all the other quotes i was given by other waste management companies. Great prices and very understanding of my requirements.

Very helpful account manager - setting up our account and collections was easy, they spoke me through step by step. I have a query of an un-emptied bin which they are investigating for us. Would recommend

For five months i have a a total of 4 collections. This is meant to be a fortnightly service.The excuse started off as they couldnt gain access to the bin due to there being a padlock with code on it. This is the lock they provided and the code they provided too.
Now the excuse is "no access" when the driver takes a photo whilst driving past and not even stopping. Its as if they find any excuse not to do the job they get paid to do.Getting responses from people takes forever if at all and it seems nothing gets resolved. Avoid this one.

Recent moved from old shop to new premises and I needed a skip quite quickly. Rang the office was quoted and skip delivered really quickly. Top prices and service. Would highly recommend Fresh Start every time!

Really quick and simple process that allowed us to promptly dispose of numerous problematic refuse items. Our account manager, Claire, is always available to provide information and updates allowing for a seamless service.

I am currently with B&M waste and i have had nothing but issues with them. I contacted Fresh start and i have been dealing with a lady called Claire, her customer service is off the scale. nothing is ever too much and gets back to me straight away, she has helped me terminate my contracts with b&m waste and took all the stress away from me. i couldn't recommended them enough. i am so happy with will be taking over my new account. THANK YOU !!!!

DO NOT go with this company TERMS & CONDITIONS are ridiculous TO GET OUT OF even after 5 years ROLLING CONTRACT !!!!!!!!!!!!

This place has an agreement which is both onerous and tedious to get out of. Their manager Jason has been nothing but arrogant and completely unprofessional. I omplore anyone thinking of signing up to this company to read their T @s C's very carefully. They make it ridiculously hard to leave and although we have met their requirements they're still saying that we can't leave. They have been trying to keep us in a contract now for more than two years. Without explanation or warning they tried to increase our contract length from 52 weeks to 104.

Took a lot of negotiating to get a charge removed from our account, for a bin tip that did not happen as the driver could not be bothered to empty our bin

A very dodgey start to a new contract, bins not being collected, not being returned to where they should be, yet informing this was getting sorted, eventually it was however not in the timescale they advised. I have reduced the collection days and so far there has been an improvement in service.
