First time in 60 years I hit the Gym…

First time in 60 years I hit the Gym with my son. First impressions, fantastic facilities and equipment, friendly staff. The owner Jake is a really friendly guy and PT Faye is professional and lovely to work with.
Everything is clean and in good working order with plenty of room and equipment to go round. Decent amenities and refreshments available, free easy parking .
My son and I had the best experience and we were both on a high all day, total adrenalin rush!
1 day post training I can feel muscles I never new I had but can't wait for next session.
