I just received my order and it looks really neat! Everything was well-packaged and the materials seem high quality. I'll update my review once I've finished it

Admittedly I ordered between Christmas and new year, but no delayed shipping times were advertised. Ordered on the 28th December and didn’t arrive until the 7th January. Tried emailing on the 3rd January but still awaiting a response…Can’t comment on the kit as I haven’t started using it yet (had hoped to use it when I had more free time…), but I absolutely wouldn’t rate the customer service.

Ordered 2 kits in early October but quickly realised I didn't want the order. I emailed to cancel the order but was told it was already on it's way and to wait until receiving the product before emailing for a returns label/address.

As soon as I received the kit, I of course emailed back, and then emailed again a week later. Finally received a response saying they were moving warehouses and would be 'prompt' in sending the address 'tomorrow'...

... A month later I emailed again and then they asked for photos of the kits they told me not to unpackage a month before. I do this, and am STILL, yet to receive this mythical return address.

God help us. I will return this little crocheted penguin one way or another.

Second go at crochet. Enjoyed making it. Kit is easy to use and good instructions.

Got a kit for Christmas, and it's honestly one of my favourite gifts this year! Made the little koala and yeah it's not perfect, but that just makes it mine. The instructions were really easy to follow (even for me with no patience, ahaha) and it was so calming to do. Now it's got pride of place on my shelf as the cutest little decoration. Already eyeing up my new kit - I'm hooked!

What set this apart was the VERY clear videos to follow along with. You literally cannot go wrong. I appreciated the choice of right or left handed videos as I am a leftie and cannot work it out watching right handed tutorials. I have tried crochet a couple of times over the years but have never felt that I grasped the basics. Now I really have. This was a Xmas present and I completed it in two days.

To the person that hadn't received it as a Christmas present, I am the same. Ordered by my sonfor me and should have come two weeks ago tomorrow but just arrived today. Royal Mail strikes again.

Absolutely loving my Fuppys kit! I've been wanting to do something other than just sit on my phone all day wasting time. Perfect if you want to do something productive instead.

The kit comes prestarted, so very easy to start. The videos are so easy to follow, and the platform where to follow is super simple to use too. They even have an option where you can contacted them directly via whatsapp if you get stuck or need any advice. Such a thoughtful touch. Honestly, really looking forward to do another kit. Highly recommand if you're looking for a new and chill hobby!

Got the koala kit as a gift and wasn't expecting much, but honestly fab. The videos are super easy to follow, even for a total beginner like me and the little koala I made actually looks decent. Perfect for a cosy weekend.
Really recommend and I might try the bunny next :)

Appalling customer service. Ordered 2 Christmas presents prior to the deadline, have received nothing, emailed 3 times, sent a WhatsApp, message via Instagram and FB - NO RESPONSE, it’s now Christmas Eve and it still hasn’t arrived. I will have to buy alternative presents … feel very let down ..

They are either incompetent, or scammers. As per many people's experience, after making an order and paying for expedited delivery nothing shows up. Royal Mail says they haven't sent it, but they insist it's on the way and that it'll arrive. Then they stop replying.
They may be scammers, but I think it's more likely that they are an incompetent small business and have lost track of several hundred orders which will never be refunded or shipped.

Do not order from Fuppys and be very cautious of trusting the five star reviews. I wish I hadn't.

I am an absolute beginner and the tutorials made the process so easy! I can't believe I actually made a cute little penguin myself for my daughter!

I have made few mistakes along the way, but thanks to the tutorials and help section, realising something was wrong and fixing it wasn't difficult at all.
I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to learn a new relaxing and fulfilling skill!

Sadly after ordering on the 10 December as of the 22nd it has still not arrived. I reached out and they assured me it would be here before Xmas eve but that is looking unlikely (and doesn’t really help me as I needed it for the 23rd) Delivery alone cost £5 and had I not reached out I am sure I wouldn’t have heard anything. Very disappointing

Bought 2 for my 11 year old god daughter. Neither her or her mum could fathom out the instructions. Both packs were given to a friend who is experienced in crochet and she said the instructions were hardto follow and the pattern was tricky. Wad very disappointed as my kid daughter was excited to learn.

I believe strongly in a fair review. Although I did experience very similar issues to most people leaving feedback here, where the postage was delayed and Royal Mail were awaiting to receive the item.

I have to take into consideration that they are a small business and if their Instagram/facebook advertising performed well they will have been overwhelmed with large volumes of orders which is going to be difficult to manage as a small owner.

I know from first hand experience the reason it’s letting Royal Mail know their awaiting a parcel is when you say you’ve posted the item through shopify, PayPal etc it could just be a fact of waiting for the funds to clear to make postals as well.

That being said after placing my order on the 8-9th December I have received it today on the 17th so luckily just in time for Christmas and I also received a refund for my shipping costs.

I believe if I had ordered anytime during the year and not a few weeks before Christmas the postage probably would have been quicker.

All in all a good service and cute present.

Although I have noticed the same kits in Homework for £3? Nonetheless it’s a nice gift.

Just received mine today. I ordered the koala, I'm so impressed! it looks absolutely cute and everything inside seems to be nicely packed and it's prestarted. Lot of care has gone into making it for sure. Definitely be ordering more in the future. Brilliant little company, so glad I found them

Update 3. Fuppys are loved by all those I got them for Xmas.

Update 2, asked to await delivery next week... however it looks like the company Mols ltd is in trouble "unless cause
is shown to the contrary, the Company will be struck off
the register and dissolved not less than 2 months from the

Update 1 / Upgraded to 2 star as I have now been advised of a refund... however it is for 10% of the price I paid... so ...ongoing

Tired of waiting and no response to emails. Asked to cancel order, finally got this back not addressing the cancellation..

(Note : I have contacted Royal Mail and they confirmed they have not received it)
