Fuppys 

I purchased Luna and Pinguy - the instructions video were so clear and easy to follow and understand. I love that it came pre-started, so I didn't need to worry about how to begin. These are a genius way to introduce people into crochet!

I was looking for a new hobby to do at home, after a day of work, with my daughter. We have never crocheted before, so first time for both of us. Now during the evening we sit together and start making these cute fuppys. The instructions and videos are so simple that we can both follow along. It becomes such a lovely and funny way to spend time together.

Couldn’t recommend it more if you want something creative and low-key!

AMAZING! Got my first crochet kit and tbh I was a bit concerned since I'd never crocheted before, but the step by step vids were super clear and easy to follow. Literally made it fell like anyone could do it!

I did get stuck at one part (classic me haha), so I reached out on whatsapp and they replied fast! Super helpful and friendly, talked me through it and honestly saved me so much time.

If you want a fin project with solid support, def recommend.

The kit is incredible for beginners. I have tried to teach myself before but always got lost. But Fuppys made it super simple. The kit had everything needed and the step by step videos were incredibly helpful whilst also giving you the space to develop confidence, surprisingly easy to correct mistakes and redo sections. The kit also came pre-started.

I have never tried crochet before and thought these kits looked like a fun way to try out and love the fact that everything you need is included.

I have just finished making Pinguy the Penguin and I loved every minutes of making it! Do not do what I did and start off without first watching the first videos, they are invaluable and very clear.

I have wanted to learn crocheting for years and Fuppys made it accessible for me!

Sent me an incomplete package. You're meant to receive an envelope with written instructions and a personal password to access the video tutorial, my package didn't contain those so I couldn't start my project. Customer service doesn't respond.
Thankfully, they took the design from Viov Crochet on YT, so I just followed their tutorial instead.

I had so much fun making my Koala! 🤗 It was my first time doing crochet. The videos were easy to follow and make it as easy as it’s ever going to be. I also had to email the company a question as I was having problems with the website and they resolved the problem straightaway.

Nightmare. Ordered and paid for fast delivery. A week later no sign of it (I wanted it as a present for a specific date). Emailed them and asked to cancel. They then said it would be arriving in 2 days time. I said no, but they said it was too late to stop it. It then arrived 2 days later, 48 hour delivery (so looks like they posted it after I told them not to). Went to return it BUT there is no paperwork inside. Checked their website and no address and says you need to email if you want to return something. Emailed and NO RESPONSE. I did eventually find a returns form on their website where it says: "By default, the repayment method is voucher. The value of your voucher will correspond to the amount you paid.". I do NOT want a voucher (even if I could find out where I should send it). I just want to return it and get my money back. It really does look like a total con.

UPDATE: I bitterly resent them making out I'm lying when I am not. Right company. Their returns form clearly states that they will issue vouchers. I can prove it. They have now given me a refund and I finally have an address to return the items to. It should not take having to post of Trustpilot to get a response. Sadly it works and thank goodness Trustpilot exists to help people. Hopefully they will get their act together because they have the makings of a reasonable product (not that I opened it) but they can't fail to provide a returns address and acuse people of lying when they are telling the truth.

FURTHER UPDATE: They then offered that I could keep them for free. I would never do that and I returned them.
