SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. Please read other reviews. I am surprised this company is still allowed to trade. I requested a cancellation of an order and a refund of my payment. I was notified that I had been refunded but then a week later received a further notification that the refund had been cancelled. This is a deliberate action and can only be classified as a scam and fraud. I will now have to pursue this via Paypal to get a refund.. These people are scammers, avoid at all costs.. Do not give these people your money!!!

Worst service, won't buy anything from this company again

Paypal showed me this company refunded me and then they just canceled the refund when I contacted them they replied they will look into it, i have waited for a while and resend another email to them about their refund did not come through my PayPal and they did not reply my email at all, i am going to open a dispute on PayPal agathem tonight and will never buy any thing from them again, they just act like a scam website. Never trust in them and very bad communication. Just beware!

Only gave this a 1 star as not able to give this company no stars. Avoid at all cost as this is a scam company. Purchased a greenhouse and never received this and been chasing for my refund and never hear anything from them back. I’m £235 out of pocket and they will do the same to you.
Don’t know if blocked, being avoided but have had no contact from this company and have tried on all methods they provide to contact them. Look elsewhere for your item, don’t pay them a penny, and run straight off their web page. SCAMMERS!!!

Terrible company

Terrible company, ordered a desk it said it was in stock and delivery within 7 days, never arrived, they messaged saying it’s out of stock but I still haven’t been refunded nearly 4 weeks later and they don’t answer the phone or emails. Stay Clear!

Incorrect sofa delivered, and ignored!

Incorrect sofa delivered, Ray picked this up. Then sent another incorrect sofa out. Then told will get full refund, that was 2 weeks ago, and surprise they don’t answer the phone, ignore emails. An on live chat palm you off. Reported to trading standards and seek legal advice. Shocking company! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Email not working!!!!

I was told my couch was going to be delivered in 1-2 weeks I have tried contacting you directly today but the sales email address bounced back and I’ve tried from two accounts which is really worrying! I’ve then looked at all the negative reviews on here and on instagram. Avoid! How can a company operate with no working email? Customer service is zilch I just hope I can get a refund. You’re taking money from innocent people who save to get nice things and you don’t deliver!

I ordered online and received regular email updates about my order and its estimated delivery time. The entire process went smoothly, with notifications a few days before arrival, and the order arrived as scheduled. A big thank you to Furco—the quality of both the products and service is excellent. I would rather put my money in the toilet!

I would rather flush my money down the toilet!
I ordered a lamp, paid for a lamp 2 days later received a WhatsApp message to tell me the lamp was out of stock, no refund, no offer of something else, I sent 2 emails, no response, I sent several WhatsApp messages back asking for a refund no response. I tried to ring and no answer and mailbox full so unable to leave message, quite clearly they don’t want to give my money back so I can only think there scammers !

CONARTIST AVOID WITH ALL COSTS

We purchased a grey anyna sofa and they told us that will be delivered in a few days then came into weeks then no communication from these SCAMMERS.
Contacted them and they told me that it will be delivered in a few days then no communication from them again. They STOLE my 75 year old DISABLED FATHER’S MONEY.
Then Apparently the company went into “Liquidation” which is absolutely crap because the owner still owns it. Look on company house and you will see the officers who own the company.
I am still fighting for the money.
I hope these people go to prison for Fraud!
Karma is coming for them.
Apparently they don’t have any assets.
Furco are a bunch of thieves.
Keep your money and go to a big company not these small companies because you won’t get you product or your money back.

Ridiculously incompetent, terrible experience

I would like to clarify before I get into this review that FURCO are a third-party seller. They do not handle the manufacturing or delivery process themselves, they use a supplier called Eleganza Group Ltd (and possibly others) that make and ship the goods directly to the customer. Most big companies such as The Range, B&Q, Dunelm etc all do this, so I’m not criticising them for that. However, as the furniture was purchased from FURCO, the responsibility ultimately falls on them.

My nan waited over 4 weeks for her sofa's to arrive, despite the website saying 1-2 weeks. After this time, she had to contact FURCO multiple times regarding the order. They told her that it wasn't in stock, even though their website stated it was, and that they had to make it to order. It was very difficult to get in contact with them. And on several occasions, they’d promise to call her back and never did.

They cancelled and rescheduled the delivery numerous times, and it wasn't until I got involved and requested to cancel the order for a refund that they miraculously got it delivered to her the next day. The sofa's aren't comfortable at all and are certainly not 'high quality' as advertised.

Please steer clear of this incompetent and unprofessional “company”!

This must be a scam because they don't deliver

I ordered two sofas from Furco June 6th and was assured it take 5 to 6 weeks to deliver. I was later told it would be delivered on the 29th July and a confirmation email would be sent between 22nd through 25th July. As it stands none of what has been promised has happened and I get no replies from their customer service. Furco you can do better. Please get a grip of your issues. I will be taking this up with my bank as all attempts to get a refund issued from Furco has yielded nothing.

I ordered a garden shed. They then came back and said it wasn’t available but had an alternative for £45 more. There’s no such price point on website. Now nothing. Have put the payment into dispute. SCAMMERS.

SCAM!

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!
Ordered a bedroom set with delivery confirmation stating 4 business days. 4 days came and went with nothing delivered. It’s been 3 weeks and no communication from the company. Tried to email, phone and fill in online forms and not a single response! When you try to phone the number displayed on the website it rings out and then a message stating “‘mailbox full”
Raised a dispute with PayPal for refund, currently waiting on them getting back to me. This company is a scam! Do not order!
