Offered a fire we were looking for, purchased, added the discount code of 10%. Then checked out. Later in the day, received a email, asking if we want to pay the 10% or a refund. What? Unreal and never come across this before. I have taken a refund.

Weird company & poor customer experience
Allowed me to order a product that didn't exist. They did process my refund when I notified them that I hadn't received the goods after a month but also threatened to send a "cease and desist" letter to me for my negative review here calling them a scam website. Not 100% sure whether it is a scam website but terrible customer experience either way. Seems like a lot of other ppl had similar experiences so this isnt a one off.

Awful service
Awful service. Paid in full for several items & paid extra for assembly. Needed a specific delivery date as due to work commitments need weekend delivery although did book time off for a weekday afternoon. A week after paying we have no idea when anything is arriving, with a WhatsApp to say one item (no clear detail of which item) is going to be 2 months although we were led to believe all was in stock & on 2 days ago they said all should be ok. Then no confirmation or reply ….
After calling for 2 days they did say they’d call me back ‘in 10 mins’ - that was over 5 hours ago and no update x

BEWARE!!! Allowing to purchase items they don’t have and have been discontinued! Poor service and don’t tell you until days later. They still have the items up for sell.
TODAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL AFTER AN ENQUIRY OVER MY REFUND! THIS COMPANY ASKED ME TO REMOVE MY UNFAIR TRUSTPILOT REVIEW! I HAVE SCREEN SHOT THIS EMAIL. Terrible service. Don't use this company.
Terrible service. Ordered and paid for. They asked for my phone number then no contact.
I emailed and tried phoning. No room on answer machine to leave a message and no answer to emails.
Luckily I paid on Paypal and they refunded my money.

The only reason I'm giving a one star review is because you say you will not be sending any more notifications to give a review. As I'm still waiting for the product to arrive I can't give a more accurate review than this. The wardrobe will not arrive until either next week or two so this isn't anyone's fault
