Better than expected
I was unsure about buying from furco with all the negative reviews but I am so happy I did! The sofa I bought is excellent quality and arrived in one week and the delivery guys were great. The customer service advisors were very helpful and got back to me quickly. I will say that they use a number of company names (when the delivery company called they said they had my order from Furniture Instore) and I haven’t received a full receipt as proof of purchase in case I need to claim on the warranty.

Purchased a bed and didn’t hear…
Purchased a bed and didn’t hear anything from them. After almost a week they told me the bed wasn’t available and tried to sell me an alternative. I immediately replied no and requested a refund. They emailed to say that the refund wouldn’t be processed until the next weekend and kept my money even longer. They did asked me to call them to discuss but I then got an answer phone message and no one on the end of the phone. This was on a Saturday. Not impressed with the communication.

Terrible process and worst customer service ever
First of all, be aware of their fake reviews in their site which says Trusted pilot rating is 4.6 with over 2.5k reviews. The same thing with the google review which is non existent. Do not expect to receive order confirmation if you paid with Klarna.... I have to contact their Customer service to confirm. Then 10 days pass with no news of delivery. I then contacted them again. One of their assistant confirm that they are about to contact courier, then no further news received until you chase them again few days later. At that point, I was offered alternative sofa as they do not have the sofa that I originally order. I requested refund but they still offer more options which was time wasting..I felt that I was misled in the process as well. My money got hold until today.. It has passed almost 3 weeks since I ordered and I have requested refund since a week ago... They did confirm it should have been processed but it never come. They will tell you "we will check again and confirm with you". However, do not expect that they will confirm unless you chase them! Also, I am unsure if I would get my refund. Stay away!

Avoid this company. It us the same company. If it was really under new management they would have changed their name completly.
I ordered a sofa and didn't even get a invoice through.
I ordered it on 17th March 2022.
I tried phoning and emailing I emailed more than a dozen times. I've still not had a email or reply from them.
I messaged 10 times they wouldn't get back to me. In the end I had to use my bank to get my money back. They took over £1000. They are conmen plain and simple!

Telling when you have to change your TrustPilot to this is not furco.co.uk.
Like many customers on here, I ordered a table in December, I was emailed a 1 line email saying delivery would be February due to the holidays.
I am patient, I wait, I don't want to wait until Feb and email for a refund. No answer to any of my three emails. I then decide I'll just proceed with the order and email to let them know. No answer.
I wait until Feb and email asking for a status update. My reply? I was shocked to receive one. 'did we not refund you'?, Er no! Why are you asking me.
I was then told my order may have been dispatched but they weren't sure and would have to check. I asked how they could they possibly be unsure and not know?!
I was told they didn't have my order and I would be refunded that day. Two days later, no refund, no response to emails.
I am now raising a dispute with PayPal, thankfully I'm confident I'll get my money back.
What sort of jester company is this? My 6 year old would provide better, more customer focused responses. As many others, save your energy, time and money. Just avoid.
