Efficient & Polite

Initially there was confusion as to the arrival time having received time slot 9:30 too 10:30
When Cory and Ryan arrived they apologised for being late .
They showed respect by offering to remove their shoes
They explained what they would do regarding packaging being taken away which was a relief
Once they began the istalation of our 2 beds they were very efficient
The whole instalation took approximately 40 mins which they said would be .
Cory and Ryan were very polite and efficient
I would rate them both 5 *

Antony & Josh delivered my new mattress…

Antony & Josh delivered my new mattress & fitted it to the bed for me! I’m so happy with the way they interacted with me, really friendly guys. A credit to your company! The mattress is gorgeous !

Exceptional Service from Furmanac

My new bed was delivered by Neil and Brian and they were excellent team. They reminded me of Batman and Robin, working in harmony to move my old bed downstairs then assembled the new one. They were on time, polite and respectful. They gave me time to clean up the carpet under the old bed, removed the packaging, explained how the bed works. They are a credit to the company. Thank you N & B (from Macclesfield).

The two delivery guys were lovely

The two delivery guys were lovely. Delivered the adjustable bed for my parents swiftly and even swept up after kindly moving old bed to another room.

Jordan and Martin, polite and professional from the minute they arrived, assembled the bed in no time, cleared all the plastic wrapping's and took away the old bed. All round excellent service......

Our delivery team were Neil and Brian, what a fantastic pair they were. Very polite and very professional.
They delivered a bed and they assembled it, very quick and proficiently and cleared up all the packing.
They even closed the gate when they went.
Two men Furmanac should be proud of.

Electri fault on Bed

I order Bed through Bensions but i am fed up with just recievind a service call and the Men come with no parts to repair the Bed was delivered faulty the usb dont work and despite saying is a faulty wire connection and it needs a new unit or that it they will rewire it the service men arrive again with guess what no parts just to look they always manage to get them to light up but the first time they went off again within 10 mins with no one even touching the bed the second time they stayed on but went off within a couple of hours still with noone touching the bed surely and electrical fault on an electric bed is a serious problem and iam now worried wether its safe to even have pugged in

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service! We were given a date for my Mum's bed to be delivered. At 4pm the day before delivery we were given a time slot. At 9am the next morning my Mum received a call to say they were not coming, 2 hours before they were due. 1 hour before the old bed was due to be collected. She then had to wait another week for the bed to arrive, along with the cot sides that were recommended by the customer service member. This time, both the bed and cot sides arrived. The bed was set up fine, no problem, but the cot sides could not be fitted as they needed a 'tech' to fit them. I contacted customer services the day after and they were not aware another visit was needed. so after another week wait, a team turned up who had no clue how to fit them. After an hour it was obvious that the cot sides were not suitable as my Mum lives on her own and to use them she would need someone else there to release the catches at the top and bottom of the rail. They took the cot sides back and I am waiting for a refund. However the refund does not include the price of the 'tech visit'! there is no reason for a second visit as we could have realised at the time they were delivered that they were not suitable, but the first Team obviously did not want to fit them. They now have £67.00 of my 80 year old Mum's savings that they are refusing to refund. Also beware if you call Furmanac you are calling a premium number and they keep you on hold as nobody answers the phone, and all that time you are paying

Thank you for leaving the review, we apologise if you feel you did not receive the customer service you should have from ourselves. Regarding the initial failed delivery we apologise for this, due to a component delay that was required on your bed we were forced to delay the delivery of your bed by a week. The cot sides were purchased, directly from ourselves over the phone with a member of our sales team, the sales member did explain the purchase at the time and explained the cost included for us to add this on to be installed.However, when our technicians had arrived yesterday to install these, they were advised that the cot-sides were not suited to your needs and these items were returned to the warehouse and immediately refunded back to you. We cannot however refund on the call out charge due to the item being ordered incorrectly. I am sorry that you feel this required you to leave a 1 star review. However, if you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact our offices.

Happy Customers!

Corey and Sean were very prompt, professional and organised. They rang us 30 minutes beforehand so we didn’t have to wait around for the whole afternoon. They got the bed installed very quickly and efficiently. They also checked the bed to make sure it was working effectively and showed us how to operate the control.
