Driver installers corey and Sean
They are very prompt and organised. They rang me half an hour beforehand so I don't have to wait around for the whole afternoon. They got the bed installed very quickly.

Bed replacement and repair

Both members of staff replaced left bed and fixed that both beds move up to the same position. Made sure all blots were fixed correctly this time fixed that left bed draw now works ok.
Only problem left is right bed memory button 2 does not work and memory buttons 1 and 2 on right bed does not work. Both members of staff were very helpful and tried their best to get everything working. Even calling factory for help.

Fabulous Product and Great Delivery

Fabulous, received my beautiful new Hestia Marcella bed today and it looks fabulous. So happy and the guys from Furmanac did a great job of navigating my steep stairs. A huge thanks to them and the rest of the team involved in arranging the delivery on time.

Broken motor mechanism

**Final update**
Received two brand new bed bases on the 20/02/23. The new bases were supplied complete with new motors. The new motor/mechanisms are visually different from the original ones. First impressions are that they appear to be an upgrade from the previous ones. So far so good.
Thankful at long last to have the bed operating on both sides again. Thank you furmanac.

Contacted today 27/01 and advised they will be sending out new bed bases complete with new motors. These should be in place sometime early February. Will post an update when all delivered and fitted.

Waiting to have a repair carried out on the head end motor mechanism on a tech motion plus bed purchased through Bensons for beds. Reported to Bensons on 18/01/23 and provided pics of shattered motor casing. They advised they would contact the manufacturer. Already had the other side of bed motor replaced for same issue within first few months of purchase. That repair took nearly 2 months to resolve. Still had no response from either Bensons or you the manufacturer regarding this. Really disappointed as bed was expensive and not as expected.

we are sorry to hear you feel you have not had a good experience regarding the repair of your bed. we recieved your service request from your retailer in the afternoon of Thursday 19th January. This then has to be reviewed within 48 hours of us recieving and then a course of action taken to resolve, which would have taken us up to Monday 23nd January due to being closed over the weekend. on the 23rd January new bases were put onto our system to be made for you this then has to be put into production as all of our products are made to order so from there our scheduling team would need to plan the length of time taken to make a new product and then plan the routes all over the country for that week before contacting you to book in. The reason being is to try and prevent giving customers dates and then having to rearrange if the scheduling does not go to plan, also we have to take in to account our customers not based in england the routes have to be planned with our carrier company who we deliver to and then they contact the customers going forward to arrange delivery of the products. we can only apologise for not contacting you sooner to advise you of this process and i can assure you we only want the best possible service for our customers if they have any issues with their products. Therefore, we appreicate your feedback and can only look to to improve in any areas our customers feel necessary. We hope once having your new bases delivered and fitted you can enjoy your prodcts once more and if you have any further queries please do not hesitate to conact us, ask for myself directly and i will be more than happy to help assist you.

Great bed and Great company to deal with. Really good value for money, so pleased I found this on argos. Had spoken to some bed companies online but they became very pushy, so being able to order from Argos was so much easier. Thank you

Fantastic company

From when I ordered my adjustable bed with furmanac through Argos to having it delivered and installed by two very pleasant men.
They have kept me informed all the way through with regular emails and even a phone call letting me know the bed would be delivered within the hour.
When it came it was promptly put together and connected to the other single bed and headboard then they explained how to use the hand control. They took away all packaging so all I needed to was to make it.
I can honestly say this was the best experience of professionalism I’ve had in a long time.

The guys who delivered our bed were great, very helpful in moving the old bed downstairs, setting up the new bed and taking away all packaging. Arrived on time. Definitely 5*

Faulty headboard

I reported the bed as faulty in Feb and am still waiting for the replacement in August - 6 months later.
I have been given multiple delivery dates over the phone and then people turn up when we are not here or as agreed. the last attempt they did not have the right sections even though they had send an engineer to try and repair the bed head. I am still waiting for a true date and actually to have the bed replaced. I wont hold my breadth.

Pillow bed of dreams

No words to describe the pillow bed. Although this was an Instagram collaboration the bed is by far my favourite bed. Such a genius design, attention to detail top notch and always gets admired for the beautiful design and quality. Would definitely purchase myself. Thanks Becky for all your help.

Adjustable bed delivered but squeaks when adjusting height of foot end. End drawers are stiff and grind when opened and closed.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with the remote controls that came with our bed. Laura was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and resolved my issue straight away. Cannot thank you enough. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely top notch service

Absolutely top notch service ! Nothing was too much trouble for the company and my delivery was arranged fast and at a time that suited me. The delivery guys were prompt very polite and courteous. They unpacked, set up and explained everything to me before clearing away every morsel of packaging. I really can’t fault the delivery lads and Furmanac I’ve been kept informed all the way through I can certainly highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you all !!

I received the bed in good time after…please see above

I received the bed in good time after the deposit, On delivery & while the bed being put together I was called into the room to check the bed, on my checking I noticed the inside of 1, draw was broken I quickly showed it to the fitter of thebed who took a photo of it on his phone & said he will report it back to the office which was closed @ the time & he will sort it the next day.I did'nt here back for @ lese 6-8wks. I phone the Company several times and eventrally I got the draw which was too big. and wait another long time + I kept phoning the Company Until I Only just received the draw Yesterday and now the matter is now sorted + only just completed the guarntee the bed.

great service , was kept informed about my delivery , when arrived the drivers were very polite and helpful , removed all packaging explained the controls , a credit to your company , installation was quick very well made extremely good quality very pleased and will definately recommend
