This bed has changed my life, it’s Fantastic!
This bed has changed my life already and iv only had it a couple days! I have a few health issues but have Rheumatoid arthritis so in the mornings it’s really hard getting out of bed this is fantastic as it literally sits you right up it also if you like it lifts your legs too which makes very comfortable positions, its fantastic the bed is just the right height for me I’m 5ft7 to get in and out of with my problems makes life so much easier.
I would highly recommend it it is saving my husbands back too from having to normally lift me out of bed! It is well worth every penny I would highly recommend it, also if you have a partner the dual is what I recommend it is good as you don’t both have to sit up at the same time it has separate controls.
The mattress is very comfortable the best nights sleep Iv had in a long time.
The delivery crew were great to delivered on time and set it all up in no time Thank you

Great product shame about the call charges
Great product. Excellent delivery. Would have been 5 Star until I found out their customer service number charges a premium rate. Being on the phone to them for 10mins cost over £7

All good apart from them sending unmatched headboards
Delivery date and time, bang on. Delivery guys, bang on. Beds, bang on. Just a shame the person who loaded the van decided he/she would send us a pair of unmatched headboards (2 single beds, pushed together makes 1 superking) .
Have been told the headboards are made to order so a replacement headboard may take 2 weeks.

The delivery was made on time (in fact earlier which we were very happy about.) Carried out very efficiently by two very pleasant young men. My wife is very pleased with the bed.

I bought through Costco believing Costco sold Quality products
The bed was substandard. The bed had several issues that I was not happy with so I decided to ask for a refund and return.
Apparently they are happy to build it on delivery, but have no facility to unassemble if it has a fault and you want to return it.
That is your problem not theirs!!
Clearly they could if they wanted to bother because their delivery men build the beds.
They just don't give a damn.
My husband has cancer and is wearing a back and neck brace. I have vertigo.
I had to pay £60 for men to come and unassemble and carry it downstairs ready for collection.
The pile of bits has been taking up my living room for over a week. I can hardly get to the sofa.
I asked on the 23rd March for collection. It is now 8th April and I FINALLY got a call from the company today to say they will collect on the 18th April. Nearly a month later!
Costco told me they do not have a telephone number for this companies collection team so they have to use email to contact. That says it all.
They don't like returns.
Read other reviews on other review sites about what happens when you have a problem with their beds then look elsewhere.

Team rang to give arrival time, arrived when they said they would and completed repair quickly.

The 2 stars are for the delivery drivers who were very helpful and efficient.
The customer services side of the business proved to be appalling.
There is no obvious indication that calling the main telephone number is chargeable. The first call to agree a delivery slot took an age to answer and cost me £4.40.
Having got though, the person I spoke to agreed and confirmed an evening delivery slot - which was requested in order to work around the needs of my disabled mother-in-law.
The day before delivery, I got an email advising me of a 09:00 to 12:00 delivery slot!
I called the company to query this and after 20 minutes with no answer I gave up. My phone bill was then showing another £7.70.
On the actual delivery day I had some email correspondence with James Gibbins the Transport Manager, who had been handling the delivery.
He sent me an email advising of yet another delivery slot of 12:00 to 15:00!
I have to say he was most unhelpful when I queried the previously agreed timing. Not even an apology.
Having been given a delivery note from the Drivers, I also noted that it says in the instructions: 'Late afternoon Delivery'. It came at 12:30pm.
I understand timings cannot be exact for deliveries, but the original confirmed time slot was in the evening.
Overall a costly and unacceptable service.

Purchased a King size frame with…
Purchased a King size frame with individual adjustable MIbed from Argos. Within 6 months one mattress started to fail -contacted Argos Oct 21-they referred it to Furnamac -no response from them- contacted again in Dec 21 and was told the manufacturer ie Furnamac would deal with it. Took until 4 Feb 22 to get someone to come look at it- NOT ACTUALLY SOMEONE FROM FURNAMAC but from an "independent" assessors- surely only someone from Furnamac can accurately assess if the mattress has failed ?
Anyway back to the "independent" assessor- he placed 2 bean bags on string on the mattress - placed a piece of cardboard on the mattress and said it was fine - proceeds to lie on mattress for less than 20 seconds and claims in his "expert opinion that the mattress is not faulty-BUT he wasn't interested in checking any part of the mattress that my wife tried to show him had failed.
so its now 24/2/22 and Argos contact me to confirm that the mattress is not faulty and damage is from someone sitting on edge of bed (a physical impossibility for her) - the entire centre of the bed collpases from one side to the other!!!
Shame on Argos and Furnamac for making a disabled person feel guilty that their normal use of a mattress had somehow managed to damage the mattress in less than 6 months,
And to top it all off Argos have informed me that if I am not willing to accept the assessment then I will have to pay for an independent assessment myself!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND IN THE SLIGHEST!

New adjustable bed
My new adjustable bed was delivered today. The guys set it up quickly and efficiently and David went through the controls with me and made sure I knew how to operate the bed. Both David and his colleague were very polite and helpful and are a credit to the company. Looking forward to trying my new bed tonight!

Problem fixed.
Elderly Mum’s bed needed repair and I had some initial difficulties contacting Furmanac. Once they responded to my telephone follow up they did their best to address the issue and arrange a visit. The technician who attended for the repair was tidy and efficient and the bed is back to full function once again. Thanks for doing a great job.
