I recommend to stay away

I recommend to stay away! Delivered sofa not matching photos and description,with manufacturing faults and numerous damages, unpleasant (couldn't be asked to deal with complaint)over phone and unsatisfactory approach to sort the things out. Looks like I am forced to request charge back with my bank.

We bought corner sofa from this…

We bought corner sofa from this company. Delivery time on receipt was 17th December. But very close to the day they rang and said it will be 19th as they don't have space for 17th with no option( option delivering end of January). Due we both work and we planned to be home and other deliveries organised for this day we said that we not at home on 19th but no option been offered apart delivery end of January.
So had to take day off for Thursday ( no thank you from this company nothing)to be at home. Sofa been delivered no complains to the guys who delivered. So we started to put our sofa and is 3legs missing. Contacted straight away. Been told to fill the complain form. So since 19th December we still waiting they decision - did they made a mistake or we complaining to get xtra 3 legs😅 During all waiting period never contacted and explained anything. I had spent time to contact and ask and ask.
