The delivery was extremely fast. Next day in practice. Ordered around midday and item was here the following day. Way ahead of expectation. Item arrived pristine,well packaged and undamaged. F@W has a huge range to choose from. Have used before and will continue to do so in the future. Excellent.

This is the worst company that i have ever had dealings with i was told it would be 2 weeks before delivery nothing came on the day it was supposed to on ,contacting them was told they phoned me but they did not on phoning several times again was told it would be another 6 days before they could deliver when i said i wanted my money back instead told it would be 5 days before i would get back another lie wondering if i will ever get my desk

Response to emails is really slow. I sent several to check on order and delivery. Eventually called and lovely man called Gerald sorted the issue I had. Unfortunately one of the chairs arrived damaged. I sent photos by email and still waiting for a
response. No doubt I’ll have to phone them again. To be continued.

The web site said each order was rejected and had not gone through. I found out later when I called to place the order on the phone all 3 had in fact gone through. I was then informed they would be cancelled, and refunded. I then received a call from a lady who had no record of the conversation I'd had with the guy I spoke to. To date I still have not received the two credits onto my card.

Somehow my order went through twice. Was assured it had been cancelled. No, received the same item twice. Assured again it had been cancelled. Would get an email regarding courier collection. This has not happened yet. Credit card refund not happened either.
Phone answered promptly but hollow promises made.
Next step it to contact my credit card company to get payment refunded.
