The ordering process was nice and simple but the delivery was terrible sadly. The driver turned up without warning (no email confirmation or tracking info) on a day where we had limited office staff and everywhere else in our precinct of offices was closed. Despite paying for assembled delivery of our 5 new office chairs, this turned out to be more of a hindrance than a help. The driver wasn't going to help us (me being pregnant and my 2 colleagues) as he wasn't insured to take deliveries up the stairs, despite stating at the point of order that our offices were on a first floor, not even helping us put the huge boxes inside a double door foyer. He promptly left everything in the public courtyard outside where we had to unpack the chairs and dispose of all packaging ourselves even the 2 pallets! After complaining already to your sales and info emails, your colleague has already replied and stated that this was a kerbside delivery and the driver couldn't help and that you are apologetic, but sometimes a little human compassion about the situation can go a long way and some communication that such a bulky delivery would be on the way - sadly this is the case now with many large companies that don't care about individual needs but more about wages and job responsibilities.
We purchase from this company very regularly – their delivery times, communication, and products are always excellent.
Recently, we’d like to share our sincere thanks to one of their delivery drivers, Ian, for such an outstanding experience.
He was polite, helpful, kind, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire delivery. Despite handling a very large and heavy load, he worked tirelessly for nearly two hours to ensure everything was brought inside safely and efficiently.
Ian went above and beyond to minimise disruption to our school staff and children, which we truly appreciated. It was an absolute pleasure to meet him—service like this is rare, and it certainly didn’t go unnoticed.

I ordered 2 desks, both exactly the same. One arrived in the wrong colour, I thought nothing of it, built the desk, it collapsed on itself.
I returned the full desk (desk top, legs and modesty panel). They delivered the correct item and collected the broken item at the same time, however only delivered the desk top. I contacted them to get the rest of the desk delivered and they said because their warehouse claimed to have only received the desk top I would have to pay again for the legs.
Their customer services team don’t only take a week to respond to you at a time. They also called me a liar. Multiple times. The “proof” they used to claim I only returned a desk top was a photo of the delivered desk top.
I have asked for the order to be cancelled so I can have a refund as this has been ongoing since the beginning of February and all has gone quiet.
I asked to speak to the customer services manager, who is ghosting me.
I do not understand how this is seen as acceptable business practice.
I would never recommended this company to anyone as the risks are not worth the chance.

Brilliant chair, easy to assemble and sturdy. Arrived within a few days of ordering. It's our second chair from you and the only slight problem was that both had small amounts of damage. Not enough to return but nevertheless not how they should have been.
