The chair is too small for me and the height is too low. The no were to make a return bad. I'm not happy at all 😡😡😡
When I decided to buy the chair, I was confident about my choice because I had used the same type of chair before. In fact, I am currently using the same type now. This means I have used this type of chair twice before and never issue with size before purchasing from your Website.
Anytime I ordered the chair in the past, it was always perfect. However, the one I bought from your Website that is too short in height and too small.
On the day the chair was delivered, I was in an important meeting and I could not interrupt it. The only thing I did when the chair arrived was to ask the delivery person to assemble it because I paid for it. Immediately after that, I returned to continue my meeting. The delivery person handed the chair over to my 11-year-old son after assembling it. I never signed for the collection because I was still in my meeting.
Later, my son brought the chair inside and after I finished my meeting, I saw the chair and realised it was too small. I checked your page to see if there was a place to make a complaint, but I could not find any.
I then called your customer care service, and they told me someone would get back to me within the next 24 hours. However, I did not hear from them. I did not know where to make a complaint, so I had to leave a review because I was very upset and disappointed.
After that, one of your staff members eventually called me. He said Why didn't I check the measurements of the chair before purchasing it? I explained to him that I do not know anything about chair measurements because this was not my first or second time buying this chair unknown to me your size company is different.
If I had known that the size would be different, I would not have bothered purchased in the first place.
Unfortunately, the customer service representative I spoke with was very rude.
He also used threatening words, saying he would report the issue to the company and get back to me. He added that by the time he got back to me, I would not be able to return the chair because the price had changed and they would decide for themselves.
This sounded like a threat to me, as he used the issue of the price to suggest that I would not be able to return the chair.
The chair I bought was £126 and has already been treated when on that by the time I see the return price I won't be able to return it so he said I will pay £55 for the return. I'm really disappointed with Furniture At Work and never record it for anyone 😕 🙃 😒 😪 😐

Great service, delivery was supposed to be 3-4 days but was delivered next day. Fantastic office chair and easy to assemble.
