How can you use a courier company that only has 1 driver to deliver furniture is insane.
Yes I have been abusive because you think its ok for you to be rude, patronising and steal my money. I have explained that I am disabled and you have failed to deliver the Item i ordered!!!
How would you feel if you were delivered the wrong item and the company you've dealt with is not pulling out all the stops to rectify this. I'm only excepting the price difference out of frustration that you can't complete my original order.
You don't go to KFC to get a big mac!!!

Customer service is excellent. They keep you updated from start to finish. Products are very good quality. Will definitely be shopping with then again

Bed was purchased for my son, he really loves it. For the price I think it is really worth it. The only problem is the draws can be difficult to open. The driver was lovely he brought the bed in and told me where to connect the base. Spoke to someone about putting the headboard together and was sent a video clip. Would be helpful to add some instructions. Otherwise really happy with the purchase and would recommend.

Absolutely awful. Bed arrived 2nd September and it was torn and looked like it was second hand. Arranged return which took forever - about a month. Obviously blaming COVID. Told me a date which kept getting put back and to make matters worse ... I’m still waiting for my refund can you believe - again been given all the excuses. But really there is no excuse. Don’t trust this company and shop elsewhere- it’s not worth the stress.

It pains me to write this as I am not one for slating a company online but after being extremely patient through a continued period of incompetence, it is only right that I share this experience so that anyone reading this sources an alternative vendor.

My original purchase was fine, delivered as expected and all seemed well in the world. However, 6 months later that things started to go wrong.

It was then the base of my bed stared to collapse and it was time to get a new one. The replacement came, having gone from two draws on side to the two haves of the bed now only having draws on opposing sides and a massive rip the fabric. At first they tried to deny a replacement stating that I had exceeded the time to report damage. After much back and fourth and a treat of escalation to an appropriate governing body, it was agreed the unmatched sides would be deemed a manufacturing fault and therefore were covered in my warranty and a replacement was arranged. This was August 27th, an important detail as this included a promise of delivery within 1/2 weeks.

Here I sit having just received the aforementioned bed on Oct 14th, I wish that was the only issue. The driver rings me to notify me he is 20 minutes away but is under strict instruction not to collect the other bed. Living in central London and without means to a Van, this means I now have to pay a fee to the local council for collection out of my own pocket. I tried to contact them to raise this concern, my call was ignored. The driver himself tried to call and they wouldn't answer his calls either, knowing full well why he would be calling.

The whole process lacked any real sense of accountability and was such an unnecessary level of stress considering there are far more important things to concern yourself with in the world right now.

Anyone reading this, do yourself a favour shop with someone else.

Good value for money the bed looks good went for pocket sprung mattress and is comfy

Was a bit worried it was a bit cheap for what we’re getting but was pleasantly surprised. The kingsize divan we ordered with four drawer storage is great the material is robust and the base not to heavy or light. We also ordered a mattress which was memory foam and pocket sprung. Best nights sleep in a long time, really pleased with it and delivery in less than a week 🙂

The bed arrived in the allocated time, the person that delivered it was a very pleasant young man
He carried it into the bedroom for us
We put the bed together, wasn’t too difficult

Bought a king size divan base without storage as I don't need additional storage. I was very very very disappointed with what was delivered. The quality of the bed and headboard is disgusting. I had been looking for a divan base for quite sometime when I came across F4H website. At the time I read the website reviews which seems good so I thought I would take the plunge. I wish I came across Trustpilot before hand! The bases are so light which I couldn't understand how its going to hold. I am still waiting for the day when we find ourselves waking up on the floor. The upholstery job is so untidy and tacky.The headboard looks cheap and not well padded. It was mentioned that you only need a screwdriver to put the headboard to the base. Well that's not true as you cannot attach the base to the headboard without drilling holes for the screws to go in. If you thinking of purchasing from this company please think twice. If quality doesn't matter to you then this is the company for you. But I suppose you get what you pay for. I won't make the mistake again and rather fork out double the amount and get something that doesn't look like its been make in shop class!

Given 2 stars based on the quality of the bed. The quality of the bed is poor and does not meet the expectations I had based off of the photos. The divan base is a wooden frame with a poor quality material stapled on. The drawers are far from solid and are likely to break if we put anything heavy in them. The bed came with no instructions or paperwork at all.

The delivery service was fine. We had good communication to inform us of delivery times etc.

Ordered a bed on 16th august. Only half a bed was delivered. It’s now 29th September and the other half hasn’t arrived. I’ve requested a refund and the bed to be collected and I’m still waiting. They are very quick to respond But it’s always an excuse. Wouldn’t recommend I have also asked for compensation as it wasn’t delivered in the promised time frame that also has been ignored.

*Update* The goods were collected two weeks ago FINALLY! Yet still no refund!! I was told I’d get it instantly and then messed around because they couldn’t hear from the courier. Then I was told I’d get it by today (Friday 16th October), yet still no refund! I’m now told I should be contacting my bank and expect it Monday or Tuesday. Really poor company who do not like to resolve issues quickly and I’m still without my refund or my goods. *

Ordered a bed and mattress on the 10th of August and it got delivered very quickly. However the goods arrived damaged!
6 weeks on, I’m still left with damaged goods sitting in my living room!!
I’ve been given countless collection slots, including weekends (on their website, it clearly states they don’t deliver on weekends!) and yet the goods haven’t been collected and no refund given.
So far 53 emails and numerous phone calls later, I still can’t get this resolved.
I’ve contacted trading standards and informed the company of what they have said and still they have failed to rectify this problem.
They constantly blame their couriers and say they can’t get hold over them, yet they can still advertise delivery for new orders on their website within 5-15 days!
One of the guys I spoke to actually told me they were dealing with numerous complaints and swore, whilst on the phone to me, about the delivery company. Surely any other business would look into a new delivery service, if this was the case. All of the blame is constantly placed on the delivery company, which makes me question why are they still using them?

Please think carefully before you purchase with them because I’d hate for anyone to end up in the predicament I am in! I can’t purchase a new bed until they have refunded me and they will not refund me until they have collected the damaged goods.
I would never recommend this company to anyone and I’m really sorry that other people have found themselves, in the same position as me!
6 weeks sleeping on the floor and who knows how many more weeks, until this matter is resolved.

Excellent product and service. Item was delivered earlier than expected which was a bonus. The bed we ordered was even nicer in real and I would not hesitate to order from here again.

Great service from start to finish. I ordered my bed with the orthopaedic mattress and can safely say it’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever owned. That much so I’m wishing I had bought it in lockdown as I wouldn’t have got out of it! Highly recommended
