Avoid - Items Don't Arrive !!

If I could give 0 stars then I would. I placed an order on their site for a next day office cupboard. The site never asked me to provide payment details, but took my personal data (name & address etc). I then received an e-mail confirmation and order number.

I'm still waiting for any items to arrive, or even a follow-up e-mail from the company. TBH, I am not too confident I will receive anything from them.

Cheap order computer chair from Amazon…

Cheap order computer chair from Amazon use 10 times if the all broken cheep wood and all crumble where screws go in the bottom of chair that hold back to bottom should now there is no back on chair and can’t return as order it 4 moths ago

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Sold faulty furniture on Amazon and then deleted their account so you can't get your money back.

Avoid at all costs.

Do Not Use This Company

Do Not Use This Company.

Someone had said about this company as they had used a few years ago no issues. So I stupidly ordered without reading reviews on here first. Absolutely awful service. Ordered some items on the 1st May, I heard nothing so I contacted them, first via email, nothing, I then keep ringing and get a random voice mail box, I left lots of messages asking for a call back and nothing. I finally get through to someone who says my order has been processed and they will contact the delivery company to arrange delivery, this never happened. 2 months down the line I’m still waiting for my order. I have rung multiple times and sent multiple emails and nothing

Having seen the reply from the company below it was not ordered on Amazon as stated but through the Furniture Cloud website. Although I do note they appear to now be under new management

Shocking company had itam deliver was damaged sent photos to prove damage they keep arranging for a carrier to pick it up ne er happend been all most 4 weeks and still nothing going to trading standards see if then can get any where

Would give zero-stars…

Would give zero-stars but the option isn't available.

I made an order (#000008578) on February 26, 2024, and although I received an immediate confirmation email, no further correspondence has been received.

I emailed the company to request how payment could be made - as the option to add a card wasn't functioning on the checkout page - and followed this up with 'live chat' messages and a call to 0800 031 5791, which is the number listed on the website.

I am still to receive correspondence and would like to cancel my order, but a line in their Terms and Conditions states 50% of the order total would still be required.

I'm feeling trapped, scammed and have no idea how and where to lodge a formal complaint. I was hoping I'd been a little unfortunate, but the reviews speak for themselves.

Edit: (March 4, 2024)
A visit to furniturecloud.co.uk now returns a 'Hosting Account Expired' page.

A WHOIS check lists the domain as being registered until April 1.

Still, absolutely zero confidence or assurity that the order will ever be completed, yet hesitant to cancel due to their Ts&Cs.

No Response

Ordered a desk & chair on 8th January 2024 (3-5 day delivery), still nothing has arrived and no response from this company what so ever, despite emailing & calling every day leaving voicemails.

Awful company

Awful company. They have no care for customers. They tried to deliver it two days prior to agreement and then I was not in so the delivery guy took it back to his van but now I have heard nothing and the person who I speak to from the company only messages at 4 am and doesn’t make no sense. He then says he will sort it out and then the next goes have you not had this. These people just try and scam and they said an email was sent and they don’t even have my email?😂 Silly people don’t realise I have cctv of the guy walking away with my parcel. I ordered through Amazon so now they’re dealing with this useless company. Sick and tired with the awful service with them. This company won’t b trading for much longer

6 weeks since we ordered a large…

6 weeks since we ordered a large cupboard, order number #000008492. Tried emailing and phoning but was ignored. It seems to me that this business might be fraudulent, a scam and I'm considering reporting it as such.
Well, at last we got what we'd ordered and it was just what we needed. Pleased with the product. It's a pity that the Company doesn't communicate well with customers. If they did it would relieve a lot of the angst.

Is this a scam?

Item ordered and money taken straight away. No delivery and no response to emails, phone calls or voice mails. Eventually got my money back through the credit card company. This is either appalling customer service or the whole thing is a scam. Don't go anywhere near this company.

Had a response from the company and I am satisfied that this is not a scam.

Great chairs - communication could be better

Communication could be better, website stated items were in stock with 48 hours deliery. Rang several times - no answer to chase goods. Emailed to cancel order, got a response straight away saying order had been processed and goods would be delivered next week. Goods arrived in the end and are great quality - really pleased with them.

So far not a great experience

So far not a great experience. Order placed 11 days ago. I Have tried several times to contact the supplier.

I managed to make contact once, and was promised a call back later that day with a shipping update. That was last week.

I am happy to update the review once i have some progress and perhaps the chair i ordered

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I ordered a chair from this company as it looked ideal and was a great price. Got free 2-3 working days delivery. I am now on the 4th working day and the order hasn’t even been dispatched yet. Only correspondence that I have had was to confirm the order. The chat function on the website is like talking to a brick wall, I have emailed to which no reply, messaged on Facebook to which no reply, rang and tried every different phone line to which ‘Carl’ asks me to leave a message (seems like Carl doesn’t work as I’ve been trying for past 3 days). Save yourself the hassle and don’t waste your money! I don’t normally post reviews but I’m hoping I may get a reply from this.

We're really pleased with the quality.
I had a bit an issue with the courier, my fault! but the team at Furniture Cloud were really helpful.
