I ordered an ergonomic office chair for my wife, she works from home and spends all day on a computer. The chair was delivered in a couple of days and was perfect for her, well made, much better quality than what I've been looking at for the same price.
Ordered the Zure Executive Elastomor Office Chair. The best price on the net and service 5 star. Ordered on Friday late evening and arrived on the Monday. Called to check on delivery day with Furniture cloud on delivery day, guy was super helpful and confirmed delivery details. Cannot find fault with these guys. well done.
Recently ordered a desk from Furniture Cloud, selecting 'next day delivery'. When this was not fulfilled I was informed that my order had mistakenly got processed as a 10 day order. The company were then quick to rectify this, ensuring a scheduled delivery shortly afterwards and some compensation for the error. The desk itself is sturdy and as per the description, and good value for money.
So in 2017 I used this company to order a home desk, I left 3 weeks space for delivery but opted for the within 7 days delivery option. With a few days to go before I needed the desk I finally managed to contact someone only to be informed my chosen colour was not available, I had to pick a different colour but the item did arrive before it was needed. I felt the desk was of good quality and after 3 years upon needing another desk for a different purpose decided to use the company again. One again I decided to give myself 3 weeks leeway.. once again a week past its due date I attempted to contact the company and was told it was with the delivery service and they would contact me with tracking.. imagine my surprise to be contacted a day later to be informed that my chosen colour and depth was unavailable.. so clearly not with the delivery company. The desk arrived one day after I needed it and after I had made alternative arrangements. They sell decent desks but the service is patchy to say the least.

I tried a number of times to call the customer service number which was always busy so I left a message to enquire what was happening.
My initial thought was that I had made a mistake in ordering from this company but then Managing Director, Carl, contacted me personally to explain the situation and sort out the order.
We are living in strange times and my own organisation has issues with responses to enquiries based on staff working from home etc...but unlikely our MD would contact a customer personally. So hats off to Carl and Furniture Cloud.

Ordered two Leather Chairs (worth approx. £450) on the 20th of June, expecting delivery within 3-5 days. They sent an email on the 23rd of June saying that there has been a delay and I would expect my chairs to be delivered instead on 3rd of August. Given the current circumstances, I have waited. Received an email on 11th of August, promising delivery by the end of that week, no signs of chairs being delivered. I have been chasing them via email and phone. All the phone numbers provided (i.e. work phone, freephone, mobile) goes straight to voicemail saying that they are busy with customers - no matter what time of the day - even past midnight! Please do not order with this company, as it does not seem they can be trusted.
I made an order 24-jul-2020 I still haven't received my order [DA0712] NEXTDAY CataniaLeatherExecutiveChair. I am so annoyed with the late delivery and no communication. I have emailed and called with no response. Now getting worried that it will turn up and it's not going to be what I have ordered, especially after reading a review. Lesson learned read reviews before purchasing online with a company you have never used before!
Ordered many items of furniture from different suppliers both over the years and particularly during the CV19 pandemic. All other companies offered great service and communication. This company being the exception. Ordered an item that was marked as next day delivery, a week later still nothing and also complete radio silence since they blamed the courier company. Attempting to get a refund now. I couldn't suggest avoiding this company more.
