Ordered an office chair with free 48hr…

Ordered an office chair with free 48hr delivery,a week later I emailed the company the email bounced back emailed again at another email address this also bounced back.When I spoke to them this morning I was told the chairs were not yet in the country.Please save yourself an awful lot of trouble and dont go any where near this company.

Thank you for your review as we always appreciate the feedback whether its positive or negative.

We can confirm the customer was not told the chairs hadn't arrived in the UK. They were advised the chairs were delayed due to the supplier waiting for their stock from another UK based warehouse to arrive. The customer was offered a quick delivery but choose to have a refund which was processed immediately.

As a business, we process a large volume of orders but unfortunately, their can be unforeseen delays with our supply chain which is out of our control.

Excellent

Carl went out of his way to ensure our chair was delivered on time after our original order had a problem.
His communication was excellent and he certainly went the extra mile.
I would advise emailing if you wish to contact the company rather than leaving a phone message. I was contacted immediately and regularly via email and via mobile after that
Excellent service, would highly recommend.

Communication!

*update. I’ve now had a call and email from the Managing Director Carl who has now informed me of the delay of my original order and offered an alternative that can be delivered sooner at no additional cost! This has installed more trust with this company, so I have revised the rating from 1 to a 4 but still a shame it took posting on here to get an answer.
Sadly as per other reviews, this company lets itself down by never answering the phone or responding to emails. So far I have left three different voicemails and one email and as yet waiting a response to find out when my order will be dispatched after placing it over a week ago. They were, however, very good at taking the payment the same day I placed the order.

I recently ordered some chairs from furniture cloud, when speaking to Chelsea on the phone she was so helpful and had all the information to answer any questions I had, she was so polite and lovely!
The chairs arrived on time and were brilliant quality. Would definitely use this company again!

Awful service

Awful service, I should have taken notice of the reviews 😩 I ordered a “next day” item, by the next week still hadn’t arrived, called to be told they were out of stock, shame they didn’t point that out when they took the money ! No updates from them on the delivery or alledged lack of stock - no doubt will be equally long wait for the refund !

Ordered 4 office chairs from this…

Ordered 4 office chairs from this company . Great price so despite reading the reviews I decided to go ahead as the price was great and was exactly what I was looking for .
Ordered but was contacted by Chelsea within a few days to apologise as there was a delay with delivery. That’s fine . Was a lovely girl and so apologetic. Kept me updated by email and delivery came when said .. not there fault was late we all know how the world has gone mad lately ! I’m still waiting for 4 IKEA desks from 2nd lockdown wish I’d ordered from here ! Chairs have come in great packaging n my staff love them albiat they still sitting at kitchen tables !
Highly recommend and have recommended on my fb to friends . Thank u furniture cloud .

Awful Customer Service. Avoid.

The chair I ordered had a strange fishy smell and so I tried to contact the company. This seemed impossible as they did not respond to my emails or never answered the phone. The only time they contacted me was when I put in a complaint to paypal. They offered to refund me but then the smell abated so I cancelled the complaint. I wish I had not done this as after using this chair I found it to very uncomfortable and I have lower back pain now. I contacted the company again and they said they were not able to refund me as I have used it now. I guess the customer has to be lucky and believe the description on the website that its a good chair. Its impossible to find out whether its a quality item without using it. I have just wasted £189.24. Looking back at my emails the sales staff even said " that it is a great chair and extremely comfortable and is brilliant for long term use at one time". I wish I saw the reviews on this site for this companies bad customer service as I would have thought twice before purchasing items from them.

Wrong item, poor service.

We ordered a chair from these guys, it turned up in poor condition (maybe not their fault) and looked like it had been used and was partly put together.

The chair that turned up is also not what we ordered and we were going to order more.

Tried to contact them for a resolution but no reply. Very hard to get hold of.

I’ll remove this if I get a satisfactory resolution.

Nice chair, rocky start to order...

Ordered an office chair last week for Next Day Delivery. Ordered after cut off date, so knew it wouldn't be next day. However, didn't receive confirmation telling me when it would be coming. Was a little concerned and tried ringing the office; unfortunately, no answer. Rang a few more times, still no answer. Emailed and sent direct message via website on Saturday morning; Managing Director Carl rang me Saturday to explain no staff in on the weekend, but picked up my email and wanted to assure me all was fine with my order, and would be delivered on Monday. Today is Monday and chair arrived before 12pm. Happy with the chair, and happy that Carl took the time to contact me.

Only reason I have deducted a star is that it frustrated me not being able to get hold of anyone.

Was a bit dubious about ordering from…

Was a bit dubious about ordering from them as the reviews were very mixed. However happy to say I ordered a chair for next day delivery and it arrived the next day. Price was very good compared to some other sites. Thank you furniture cloud.

Order not fulfilled. PayPal Resolution Service needed.

On 23/10/20 I ordered a mat to go under a computer chair. Heard nothing by 9/11/20 so emailed the company. Email reply of 9/11/20 stated it would be delivered on 11/11/20 but it wasn’t. I phoned twice on 4/12/20 but only option was to leave message. No one called back. Submitted one of their online forms on 4/12/20 but no reply. Had to go through PayPal Resolution Service to get a refund.

Great customer service- they actually care!

I ordered a computer chair in December and it arrived quickly, although not quite "next day" as expected. I thought this was okay as it's so close to Christmas and most deliveries are delayed. When the item arrived, the back had a crack in it. I sent an email to the sales team with a photo, then the next day called up and told a member of the customer services team and she told me a replacement chair was already on the way. The customer service I received has been amazing, way better than a lot of the companies I've used this year! Thanks

Great prices for chair that I ordered

Great prices for chair that I ordered, but unfortunately they were not in stock and offered an alternate chair or refund. Choose a refund and emailed twice. Followed up with a call to an 0800 number and within 30 minutes the refund was processed via a pleasant operator.
