Never received sofa !!

Never received sofa !!! No communications - telephone number is not working, no one responded emails , live chat not working too!! After two months did get my money back throw credit cards .

Do not go near this company

Do not go near this company! Purchased through B&Q, surprised after reading some reviews that a so called reputable company like them still advertising for them, And really were not interested in helping, when you finally got through to the B&Q sales department !. obviously a fake company.
So pleased we payed through PayPal, Then
again even they can not get hold of this bogus company.
Pay the extra, and go to legitimate company,

Do not use furniturestop

Purchased a sofa set from the website they have, after seeing that B&Q DIY shop uses them as a supplier, so naturally thought be ok. Confirmation of order via email. Then nothing, no delivery schedule, no contact for any delay. I then checked with reviews and immediately started a PayPal refund. The number for the shop never gets answered, the address on google maps is a house, I got some answers by the online chat but was consistently fobbed off.

Avoid this place not worth the hassle

One star is being very generous ordered our sofa 3+2 was given a delivery date of 7-14th February it came and went. Contacted the company it will be with you week of the 17th February this also came and went then contacted again at the end of this week to be told the courier had just picked it up. So I contacted the courier 21st of February to be told they haven't even picked it up yet. So contacted again on the 24th February still nothing so ended up cancelling the order on the 26th. Thankfully got my money back. Save yourself the hassle and use a reputable sofa company. The only way to contact them is email or a online chat the phone number is not recognised so don't waste your time trying to call them. Overall experience was really bad nothing but stress waiting on a sofa that never came and my kids had to sit on plastic seats as I was expecting it by the original date so got rid of the one I had for it coming absolute shambles of a company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Avoid this place . 14th Nov I ordered a 3+2 suite which clearly stated on website it was in stock and would be delivered within 18 days . After about 10 days I had a look at the reviews for furniture stop UK and seen so many with delivery issues , I contacted them by email as the phone number provided does not work! I asked will the suite be delivered on time and I got a quick response telling me 2nd week of Dec . Out of the blue on 2nd dec I received an email saying my order was canceled on my direction , I did not cancel . I contacted them by email and was informed they did not have it in stock , I asked why they took the order if that was the case and then the reason was changed to they don't deliver to northern Ireland but I paid £69 delivery as it is on there website that they deliver to NI . I was then just told my refund was issued and would appear in my account in 3 days and luckily it was so it's the only thing I can't fault them on . I seem to be one of a lucky few who got refunded . My advice to anyone buying furniture go local were you can see what you are buying . I was kind of glad in a way what happened as so many bad reviews saying products damaged and cheap looking , I paid alot more local but it was well worth it .

Avoid Furniture Stop and B&Q !!!

**Review: Avoid This Company at All Costs!**

I ordered a sofabed from B&Q on November 3, 2024, and I still haven't received it. My experience with B&Q customer care has been incredibly frustrating—I've found their representatives to be rude and lacking the competence to resolve my issue.

I requested a refund on November 22, 2024, and as of now, I still have not received my money. My entire experience has been a nightmare. I highly recommend avoiding both B&Q and Furniture Stop. Save yourself the trouble!

avoid at all costs

I ordered two two seater settees back in august in which they never arrived after nearly a month tried to phone them but the number was not recognised emailed them on several occasions kept saying that they were on on there way still never arrived so I went back to my bank and got my money back onto my card and now after 11 weeks they have contacted my bank and told them that they have been delivered cannot believe a company would do this to people I would highly not recommend anyone buying anything from them that’s if you want to lose your money I am now in dispute with my bank again over this situation
this is the worse company in all my years that I have had in buying consumables……
scammers is the only word I can describe but I will fight this until the end as I’m not about to lose £800 for nobody…

I must admit at first when I ordered…

I must admit at first when I ordered sofa bed then checking reviews I thought I had made a huge mistake,I never write reviews but I feel the need to write one with all the negative comments.I must say they responded to my queries quickly and sofa bed came well packaged and not a mark or scratch on sofa bed the delivery team were friendly and helpful.

SCAM - DO NOT ORDER

Ordered a sofa that was apparently in stock over 2 months ago. A month of waiting and no indication of it coming. Contacted the company only to receive promise after promise that it would be dispatched, only for it to not materialise. The customer service (email, phone and live chat) eventually became non-responsive.
I then began contacting B&Q and they have been only slightly less useless. Eventually got a partial refund and have been chasing the remainder ever since.

Really disappointed that B&Q would have a clear scam as a verified seller but when I questioned this, I received no direct response.

No Interest in any Problems

I ordered two sofas and was expecting delivery straight away as they were in stock, so after a week I thought I would phone them.
The first thing that got alarm bells ringing, was that the phone lines listed on the website were disconnected. I next tried emailing them, and got no response. At this stage I really got scared that I had been scammed. I have since seen that the phone numbers have been taken off the website.
However, I did manage to get some response from the chat facility. Without going into details, I kept getting reassurances that the sofas would be delivered that week/next week, and constantly had to ask why they had not come just to get the same sort of reassurances. Eventually after a month the sofas did arrive, but with a rip in the cloth under one sofa. The delivery driver took a picture of this on my request.
Anyway I asked what can be done and over the next month was told that a new cloth for the bottom sofa would be sent, that they were trying to get approval for someone to be sent out, that they were trying to get approval for a new cloth, but all to no avail and nothing has been done. I wasn't asking for money and even told them I would be happy with a bit of carpet tape to fix it, but nothing has been done.
They are not interested in any problems once they have delivered the sofas, so my recommendation would be to pay a little more and get proper customer service!

Awful service and items not delivered

Awful service, poor communications and cannot make contact with them or get any information. Ordered a bed in early May and nothing has been delivered despite several promises that the item was waiting for delivery. Can’t connect by telephone and their automated chat goes without response!

Great communication sofa is lovely…

Great communication sofa is lovely don’t read the reviews! The team got this marked urgent for me and communicated the whole way through. Delivery guys were here before 7am Adi and Josh and put it all together . Will tell all my friends and family!

Trusted B&Q suppliers to be avoided!

Terrible customer service, ordered 2 sofas, one come dirty, second missing leg and with damages in sides. They offered £100 which won’t cover damages of items delivered. They are not responding to emails now to resolve the issue. Can’t believe B&Q offers their goods as from trusted suppliers

The Bed is fab

The Bed is fab. Thought I’d been scammed, as the app said my delivery had been fulfilled and I had not received anything. Then one day… 2 1/2 weeks after ordering, it turned up, unannounced!

Communication is non existent and the phone number does not work.

But in the end, I received the goods and I am very happy with them.
