Stay away from this company , my sofa came damaged and ignored all my emails , finally went through PayPal and they said I was responsible to return this with a courier for a refund which would of cost me a fortune to do this , the sofa was nothing like on the website it came cheap and nasty was worth £350 the most and I paid double that , I couldn’t keep the sofa how it came so had to get rid for £150 so iv had to order a new sofa from a different company , I’m surprised this company has not yet been shut down they are ripping people off it’s bad customer service

Appalling service. I have had a faulty settee now for 3 months and they keep saying my complaint has been escalated. I have heard this so many times now. I am now about to start a small claims court action. Do not use this company, it's diabolical.

We ordered a settee.
The wrong one arrived.
Just left outside so no way to challenge or send it back.
We emailed and got a reply saying the correct one would arrive this week (two weeks ago).
Rang up spoke to Mike, he couldn't help but said they would reply eventually.
This was meant to be for my mum, with dimentia, sofa bed, so she can rest through the day.
Now we don't have anywhere for her to rest.
The quality of the item sent is poor.
We received a £99 item that we paid £250 for.
No support. No contact or return time.
We have been totally scammed, it seems.
It looks like we will have to contact trading standards.
I'm updating this again, because there is still no resolution to this, I called the company and they can't help or give any support, no refund mentioned nor is there any way to resolve the issue.
It's sad really for those who buy because they have no way to come back when things are incorrect.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT YOU AND YOU WILL NOT GET ANY RESOLUTION

If I was able to rate this company minus stars - I would. We ordered our sofas (on the website it said they were in stock and would be delivered the week after). Fast forward three weeks - no sofa and the customer service is disgusting. Finally the customer service responded saying that our sofas are not available and will not be delivered. We have asked for a refund... let’s see...

Don’t order from this company !!!!! They are a joke, can’t even sort a decent delivery company out, and they still won’t refund the money you have paid, certainly a company to stay away from !!!!!!

We received a footstool that is nothing like the photo.. it is just a bit square.. no soft top.. they refused to take it back

The sofa arrived with a big hole in the bottom.. rather than replace.. they sent the delivery driver (not anything to do with the people that make it) with a bit of fabric and a stapler... utterly crazy... trying to get hold of anyone is ridiculous. As soon as the faulty sofas were delivered... they were not interested.. not matter who I called they’d say email.. but nobody with any help to offer replied..

The sofas themselves feel like they could fall apparent at any time... they creak like crazy

Would definitely say.. save you money and purchase from a reputable site because these may be a little cheaper (I still spent £850) but you get something my grandad could have put together.

Absolutely awful company, avoid at all costs!

Issues from the moment we ordered. Awful communication on delivery. When we asked when it would arrive so we could plan around it, they said 'we don't know it is with the courier' and advised just to decline delivery over and over again until we got the day we wanted...

Sofa was then dumped at the door. We were then told to unpack it to bring it inside (without help). When we called furniture stop to process a refund within 7 days (legally we are permitted to process a refund without a reason), we were told we weren't entitled to one because it had been removed from packaging. This is again illegal. After 3 weeks worth of emails have gone ignored, we have been forced to involve Trading Standards to help deal with this awful company.

Oh, and also, the Sofa is awful quality and uncomfortable.

Ordered a sofa at a decent price, it was a simple process and I was kept up to date with the delivery information. The delivery itself came when advised, I received a call prior to the arrival and the two lads bought the sofa through to the room I requested. I would be happy to purchase again and would definitely recommend others to use!

My best friend purchased a bed from here which broke.
Since then she has been BLANKED by the company who have ignored Recorded Delivery post leaving her teenage daughter to be sleeping on a mattress on the Floor!! Absolutely appalling service, selling poor quality products and basically robbing hard working people of hard earned money

These are not scammers I can assure any of you. After reading the reviews I will admit I was a little worried but everything went to plan and the sofa came as expected. When I phoned for some information they were helpful on the phone and even the communication with the delivery company was fine too. The photos on their site as you can probably tell are not the real things but the my sofa looks near enough to what the picture suggests but overall the quality is good and it's very comfortable. The only thing that stops me giving 5 stars is that one of the legs on the footstool had come off. Other than that very impressed.

I would never recommend this company to anyone, from point of order there was no contact with regards to delivery, I have had to email on numerous occasions to find out when I would receive my sofa just to get a reply (same one everytime!) Its been shipped. It states on their website 12 working days but 3 weeks later and I have eventually received my sofa.
The communication with this company and the customer drastically needs to improve, good customer service goes a long way when running a company!
I wish I had read the reviews properly on trust pilot first before I ordered but lesson learned!

Do not buy from this shop. I purchased sofa-bed from them back in November. There wasn't proper comunication before delivery. When sofa arrived I wasn't happy with quality and on top of that it was faulty. So I contacted company requesting return and this is when all went down. Shop was sending reply every few emails and at some point was just ignoring me. When you try to ring them you will be told to contact customer support. Their customer support isn't supportive at all. After dozens of emails eventually they scheduled collection of the sofa and happily I could return product. And since then no contact no refund they just ignoring me. Thankfully sofa was purchased through Klarna and they are dealing with them now. I am still waiting for refund and it is now over 2 months since I have returned sofa. Avoid this shop if you don't want to get scammed.

Still no joy on refund. Still not have sofa bed. They ignoring me, ignoring my formal letters. They are playing Klarna. Already reported them with Trading Standards, Action Fraud and will proceed with further legal actions.

I would leave 0 star for this company if I can, I ordered an item on Friday and after reading the reviews I decided to cancel, they tried to sweet talk me into buying the item but I refused now they are telling me I would be charged £66.99 cancellation fee. It is not on their website that you will be charged if you cancel your order. I would be taking a legal step with this company

DON'T BUY ANYTHING! I placed a order on the 30th of December. After 12 days I contacted them, to be told another week, then that week past and they promised it would definitely be the Wednesday after, so I am heavily pregnant had to pay a man with a van to come and remove my old sofa on the Tuesday night, Wednesday passes, no sofa. Noone would answer my calls or email. Another week without a sofa, having to sit on floor. My due date comes STILL no sofa! I get a call because I took to their Facebook page and started leaving comments! I was told another 2 weeks and they refunded me £10! So I give birth and still NO sofa and I've explained to them this whole time I was sat on a floor and due a baby! They ruined the end of my pregnancy for me! The amount of stress and upset was unreal! Online chat was useless too! Kaycee would ignore me if I told her I wasn't happy! Basically I had to contact my bank and get the money back! And guess what, they keep calling me now! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I also managed to get the same sofa from another company £200 CHEAPER! Thanks for the stress and upset, I hope yous go under as yous are conmen!

Before anyone else buys from these people think again, I paid over 1k for furniture that didn't arrive on time as website states, the man on the phone was rude and no one had a clue how to update me about my order - Wen I requested a full refund and to cancel my order I was told I could not as had already been processed and the fee for £66.99 to return goods that hadn't even left the 'warehouse' wasn't till we gave the ultimatum to refund or a legal battle where they were completely in the wrong that they finally did refund me the full amount. I would never recommend this company and if anyone else has had the same issue as me as soon as you mention the word 'legally' to them they panic. their terms of service and refund policy contradict each other. As soon as I had my partner who is also a lawyer call them they didn't dally around. Poor service, communication zero, contract of dispatch in 5 days non existent. I count myself lucky I managed to get money back and cut all ties with this useless, con of a 'company' DO NOT USE

Conmen! Do not buy from here.
Extemely poor quality and defective furniture.
They only have a sales line so you have to communicate via email with customer support when there is an issue but they do not answer any emails via email, so catch 22.
Having to go though trading standards.
They have placed some fake reviews on here to balance out the bad reviews.

Great communication and service. Delivery when arranged no problems. Absolutely love it, comfy roomy and high. The quality was much higher than expected for the price . Too class suite.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I was sent a sofa and footstool in October it was wrapped up and left outside because of covid. When we took it in and unwrapped it, it was not matching. The foot stool is dark blue, the sofa is bright blue. I sent photos to the company, they said they will collect and replace. This was nearly 4 months ago. I have called to be told this is the sales line 'I cant help you'. I have emailed so many times to be told, we will sort it out. Nothing!!! Avoid the service is awful and the sofa is pretty uncomfortable and cheap looking. I have reported them to trading standards and I am still awaiting the correct colour sofa. Rip off company. Spend your money else where

Totally delighted with my Joshua 3 + 2seater sofas.
They were delivered at the time specified and the couriers were very pleasant.
Sofas are so comfortable and would definitely recommend using this company.
I actually overpaid for my order but there was no quibble and the money was quickly refunded back into my account.

After reading everyone else's reviews it made me worried and anxious because we hadn't received a call from the courier, this was the only downside to the process. Nevertheless I was called by Michael who assured me that I would get a phone call from the courier and my delivery would arrive before 5pm.
I received a call from the courier who advised that he was delayed due to the adverse weather.
Our sofa is amazing, not at all tacky or cheap as described in other reviews, it looks exactly like the pictures online. We are very happy with it.

The courier is a two man operation and it is the company's own courier service with a set route.

You will receive your sofa but you just have to be patient. It is anxiety provoking having to wait for a call from the courier and they really need to work on the communication with the customer about delivery dates and times. However we feel our sofa is amazing and was worth the wait.
