I bought an orthopaedic memory foam mattress for my son. You can feel the springs sticking out of it if you just run your hand over the surface. I’ve been in touch with them on two separate occasions to try to either get a refund, a replacement or even just a mattress topper sent to make the mattress usable. They responded at first then just ignored my requests. They provide the absolute worst products and truly abysmal customer service. I never thought people could be so immoral as to blatantly rip other people off by selling products that aren’t fit for purpose like this. My advice from experience is do not buy from this company.

Ordered two sofas for my work staff room.
Order was delayed, no correspondence from them to let me know.
Terrible customer service, refund sought.
Ordered through B&Q marketplace so I expected a credible company, wish I had sought other reviews first!

My advice would be dont use this company! IF you do.. use klarna or paypal so you have a resource to get your refund. I was lucky and by telling company i had reported to klarna they cancelled order and refunded me. What a waste of my time this company was!!

If I could give 0 I would. Ordered wardrobes they have taken money but still no wardrobes 8 weeks on even though they have promised a number of times. Over the last few days I have left phone messages, emails and what’s app messages and no response to any in four days. What’s app messages not even showing as delivered. This company is appalling do not buy from them stay well clear

Ordered a corner sofa, after initial 2 week over due delivery it arrived! Less than 3 months old and the back broke, suddenly they don't respond to emails, instant chat etc... wouldn't recomend, cheap product and terrible customer service.

They took my money and i heard nothing from them for over three weeks. Then eventually they sent an email saying it’s the courier’s fault. Then 2weeks after that the bed I ordered arrived with the supposed Luxury memory foam mattress which is so firm I’ll have to buy a new one.
There’s nothing luxury about any of it it all seems cheap quality.
Stay well clear it’s taught me a lesson in the future to use a more reputable company. It’s my fault as I should have checked the reviews myself first before buying.
Also you can’t even ring them all you can do is leave messages and they never get back to you. Shocking company with cheap knock off products. Stay well clear

Don't bother, shoddy workmanship. Torn material and missing parts on delivery, after sending photos, they offered £20 refund, not enough to have repaired. Save your money and look elsewhere

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. Parents ordered a sofa, 3 months and many times chasing them they delivered. Having accepted money for a sofa they had no way of making, offering £30 refund and a different colour (which my parents agreed to) it took further messages to chase them up. They tried to say they had a signed delivery note for the sofa, however when challenged, they changed the story and said it was still in the warehouse. They delivered and a part wouldn't fit in the house, the delivery guys took it away and nearly 2 months later and several ignored messages, they still haven't been refunded or other part replaced. I wouldn't touch them again. This has been ongoing since last year.

E-mailed 3 times to see when my order will be delivered. Also left 2 queries on their portal and I've heard nothing!! Nor have I received the mirror I purchased at circa £150 with my birthday money. Plus the customer phone number on their website takes you straight to a voicemail no matter what time you call or how many times you call.

Avoid at all costs they take your money and leave you high and dry .they sell broken furniture and won’t give refunds . My husband who is overcoming cancer has to sit on a garden chair as they got my sofas and my money.

They are made of cheap plastic vinyl coated fabric. All of the sofas eventually delivered were badly damaged, split and scuffed all over and after 25 emails GRACE in the so called customer service department now ignores any requests for the return of these under their so called 30 day return policy that clearly doesn’t exist, and no offer of any refund for the damage. Read all the one star reviews that mirror my experience with this appalling company. I’ve applied for a credit card refund and reported them to trading standards for clear misrepresentation. I wish I could post photos of the c..p they sell.

I ordered a double bed for my son on 25th of month and it was delivered on 29th. Excellent service, easy to order and delivery man was very polite. Putting the bed together was very simple, all parts and screws were present and the bed is gorgeous! Definitely will recommend and probably buy another bed too!

So I recieved my order on the 11th of December. After my initial disappointment with the lack of communication and doubts of integrity due to that. I actually started a process with PayPal to get my cash back. But lo out of nowhere I got a call that my sofa was coming the following day. Was still a little skeptical. The sofa came , correct item , no damage. The guys had came up to Scotland on a Sunday so fair play. I did give them extra delivery cash to come up three floor flat. No problem as I was planning to slip an extra 20 quid for that anyway.
So I've upgraded to a 4, tbh only the issue of the initial no contact whatsoever for 4 weeks stopped it being full marks.

If your are smart enough to check this review site before placing an order..DONT DO IT. I'm sitting here
17 days after ordering ,and paid in full, plus 2 of those online message email type things that you should screenshot to prove you sent.. there is no other way to contact them. I still have had no correspondence except automated order confirmation. Luckily i have used PayPal who have been informed and have also sent on word this company that I am trying to contact them and what is happening with the order. Still no contact after that...The company has recently updated deals and black Friday offers so someone is on their site amending data. Just not dealing with unfulfilled orders which makes me suspect they are completely inept or more than likely a fraudulent company. Things may still get resolved and I might still get a sofa but tbh I should have went elsewhere.

AVOID this company say furniture is in stock then make you wait weeks for it asked for refund I was just ignored had to get refund from PayPal in the end

Really awful just don’t buy anything from them. I bough £500 double sleigh bed. It arrived and looked fine, left in packaging as I was renovating flat, then went on holiday. I went to put the bed together and found that the main piece of wood in footboard was split, this is the main piece that the bracket attaches to so the bed is completely useless without it. Not fit for purpose. I asked that they replace the footboard and sent pictures and descriptions as requested. Basically been fobbed of for weeks by GRACE at customer services. They are refusing to replace or refund as I didn’t return it within 14 days. They have no idea re customers rights and obviously don’t care at all. I will be posting poor reviews everywhere, making reports with with CAB and trading standards, going by the reviews they are awful to customers and don’t follow the law and just keep getting away with it.

Don't buy anything from here cheap furniture arrives damaged. Takes weeks for it to be returned and again to receive a refund. Bad customer service will never order from this company again had a dreadful experience. If there was.no stars that's what I would have gave.

From the moment the deliverymen unwrapped the sofa, I knew the colour was not what I expected. The cream collar was a dirty-looking grey- white. The delivery men unwrapped it but could not take it back! After contacting customer service, I was told that I had to pay £85(delivery charge) + £66.99 (collection fee non-refundable)= £151.99 in total. This would be deducted from the refund. Item must be returned in original packaging or bubbled wrapped unused. I have a disability! This was not possible. Grace in customer care has ceased communication. She could be the owner of the company. As we approach the holiday season many people will be looking to buy a sofa from this company. You have been warned!

If I could give 0 I would. Scammers. My son's bed collapsed after 2 weeks. I called joiner and he said that screws are not suitable for the bed frame. Screws just came off in the middle of the night and my son fell of the bed and banged his head. The gas pipe bend. After 2 weeks bed was screpped at the recycling centre. The sh.t company don't care. I have sent 100 emails, what's up messages, messanger and even called them and they said that it's the wrong number. Please people avoid the scammers!!!!

So, 2 years ago I would have given 5 stars for our corner sofa which is amazing.... last month we ordered the matching foot stool. After purchase I had to keep following up on the status of delivery, I never got a warning, literally a call 1 hour before saying they can't find me on the maps, however after helping they turned up with the stool.... 1 man stayed in the van whilst the other lugged it out of the van alone, because I wasn't prepared and I work from home I was in the middle of a meeting with a new employee so signed the sheets without checking the item (biggest mistake I made). The foot stools feet were broken on 2 corners, 1 completely crumbled with nails sticking out, the other partially crumbled. It's likely this happened when the 1 man struggled with it alone whilst man 2 stayed in the van.... slightly stupid. This was 2 weeks ago. Furniture stop kindly raised my complaint immediately with their supplier who then called and told me their guys only deliver every other Wednesday (I got my order on a Thursday) they said that would be this week... haven't heard a thing since so reached out again, apparently supplier said it'll be either next Tuesday or Wednesday... remember that thing I said about them only being in the area on Wednesdays? Er, not very clear are they. So they've had zero urgency on solving this fault, and all I've got is "a bit more patience and this will be resolved. I understand this is frustrating but be at peace that we will chase them for you" I've been extremely patient, but these inconsistencies about when it'll be delivered and when the guys work all seem like stalling tactics because they haven't got a clue. I even offered to go ahead and fix the feet myself if they could supply the funds or reduce the payment for the stool, but the supplier said it was too much hassle and they exchange immediately. Determined to raise this with the Consumer Ombudsman if they don't follow through come Tuesday/Wednesday.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS TOTAL SHAM OF A COMPANY!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. I ordered a bew corner sofa from this sham company, it came and they put it together, it was only after a couple of days when I hoovered behind the sofa that I realised the lining at the bottom was all torn and the stitches were coming away at the seam on the corner piece. I contacted them by phone which was a waste of time as they told me to email and that they could not help. I emailed attaching pictures of the damage, and was told that their so called "technical team" would come out to my property on a Thursday or a Saturday to inspect the damage. Now most half decent companies would simply apologise for the damage and arrange immediately to send out a new piece...but ohhh noo not Furniture Stop!! They want to firstly inspect the damage even though pictures have been sent and then take away that piece of the sofa to repair rather than replace. So I'll have an incomplete sofa for god knows how long, I don't know when this farcical technical team will be coming I just keep being told wait for a call so causing a HUGE inconvenience to me and wasting my Saturday as I've no idea when or if they will even be coming!!! It's a complete and utter joke and to be honest the quality of their stuff isn't that great either!! Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this company. Absolutely despicable!!
