When we arrived we were so indecisive and a little difficult to our salesman Tony. We had him running all over and he still maintained a great attitude. Never once did he complain or show any frustrations or tell us to come find him when we were ready. He was so helpful, patient and always had a smile, therefore just buying for my daughter, we bought a few items too.

Red and Adam were both very helpful. When the bedframe i ordered disnt come in, red allowed me to switch over to a different one without a problem!

Paid cash for my bed room & finning set sales man checked on how long items would take to be delivered , guaranteed 4 to 6 weeks & six week it would be here , now 8 weeks later my dinning room only has chairs no table & I still have to pay for delivery. I was very clear that I was only getting my stuff if it would be here in a timely manner.

Like I'm sleeping on a soft fluffy cloud with my sweet beloved husband Phillip by my side. May he R.I.P. Thank You.!!!! :-)

The only place we buy any type of furniture for our home !! Very good. Customer service and furniture. Not like some other places and it falls apart in a few months! ! Well worth. Are 62 mile. Drive.

same great service and price

We purchased a couch and I could not be happier with the quality of the service that we received! The sales staff went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied. Good prices and high-quality products - from now on, we will be getting all of our furniture here.

We went to Furniture USA intending to buy the Alenya couch, which we had researched online. The salesman who helped us was great, honest, super patient, not at all pushy, and worked with us to find what we wanted and needed. We have a very small space, wanted a sectional that would fit. He let us know that the Alenya doesn't have a long life span and would get soft--not what we wanted--then showed us several other options. The sofa we chose has a five year warranty on the cushions, is perfect size for our space, super comfortable and supportive, much better made and we love it.

We came in and knew what we wanted. Robert and Daniel was very helpful and got us in and out of there. Liz help us checked out and she was very pleasant and socialize. Thanks for the great service.

I purchased over $5200.00 worth of product from the store on June 3rd 2016. This was including the killer deal they had going at the time for buy two items get the 3rd for $1. So needless to say I bought plenty of items.

1 Long beautiful wooden table
6 Chairs go to with said table (they were priced individually)
2 Large Chaises for my loft area
5 piece living room set including loveseat, couch, end table, coffee table, and lamp.
Also paid for delivery and set up.

The good:
This was the easy part as they were super eager to make sure I found everything I wanted. I dealt with a sales manager that day that was more then helpful.

The bad:
Everything else....
My 3 week window for delivery of product came and went. My first delivery came at 5 weeks. This delivery was only because I kept calling to find out where my product was. They said they usually don't deliver product until all of my order was in. Made sense but not only did they have no idea when my product was going to get in they said they were going to make me come get my product that came in (whenever that was) if they did make a delivery of what they had.
So finally after a few days they gave in to my outrageous (haha) demands of having them deliver the items they did have.

On delivery I was reminded my end table and coffee table still wasn't in stock (which I didn't care at this point) but at least I would be getting everything else. Well during delivery the gentlemen told me my long wooden table was broke and he wasn't delivering it. He told me a supervisor would call me asap to give me an update.
I waited 4 days and still no call. So I called and spoke with someone who told me they were ordering another one (well no $hit). He didn't tell me they were rushing it to me or anything along those lines.

Week 7/8 the last 3 of my items will be delivered. Lets hope they are not broken. My MAIN issue with this place is at no point did anyone talk to me offering a discount towards future purchases or concrete information on to what was taking so long. or someway of making it right. Maybe refund my delivery amount. SOMETHING!! They did nothing. What a shame.

Tony was super helpful in helping me with my couch. Roberto and Mohammed were super professional and courtious while they set up my sectional.

Had a very good experience. Was able to get Italian leather sofas for a great deal. Staff was friendly and helpful but not pushy. Delivery crew was punctual and very nice. Very happy with my experience

Always a great experience

I've been a customer for many years and during this time I've purchased furniture for new houses and for remodeling. The customer service has always been wonderful as well as service and delivery. I would highly recommend Furniture USA!

Great experience

Roberto and Mohammed delivered my furniture 20minutes earlier. They introduced themselve and showed the paperwork they are delivering.
They were quick in setting up the furniture and make sure everything is okay and that is working after turning on the power
They clean the mess too before they left.

Friendly , knowledgeable and funny.

So far the service has been great.

My husband and I were looking for a particular sofa and chair set. Captain Dan was awesome we told him what we looking for and so he showed us the sets of sofas that may interest us. We found our set. We are very happy with our selection. Kudos to Captain Dan.
Our delivery was completed and the two gentlemen were very good at there job.
