Whats done is done. The two delivery men were careful and professional and the staff were professional. I wished I shopped from other stores before running my credit because at Ashley found a better sectional instead of sofa and loveseat for much cheaper price and comfort was firm and material cloth is similar to the one we bought. Both went through same bank credit. If I had a choice I would have gone to Ashley for a better deal and a new item instead of floor sample. Despite the memorial deal they had we end up not using it because u have to spend more to get the 4th item at a dollar.

I found the inability of the salesman to coordinate with delivery very frustrating. Salesman busted his hump to make sure furniture was available by date I needed furniture delivered, but delivery unable to schedule delivery for another 3 days.

Always friendly and helpful with quality furniture at great prices why would anyone shop anywhere else!

I worked with Kenny in the past and he listened to what I was looking for and took me to the perfect set. I could not refuse the deal. I really appreciate that he understood my style as well as by budget in being a new home owner:)

I had a really difficult time with the delivery people. I understand things can be on back order, but the lack of communication has made me less than enthused with them. I'm not sure if I will be willing to shop here again.

Easy transaction, bought everything online and furniture looks even better in person. Delivery and set up was quick and took everything with them so no mess for me to deal with. The ladies in the office kept me informed when my furniture arrived in the warehouse and scheduled my deliveries around my schedule. Would recommend anyone looking for furniture to check them out.

The delivery men came on time.
They took their shoes off upon entering my home. They took great pride and care in setting up my furniture as if it was their own

Aaron and Qadeer phoned ahead to give estimated of delivery and arrived when they said they would. They were especially courteous and careful to avoid damaging anything while navigating the small space in which I reside. They carefully set up the item exactly where I asked, added the sliders I had available and carted away all the packing material. Couldn't have asked for better service...Kudos!

I was cautious about buying furniture I had not touched online, but the quality of merchandise carried and represented by Furniture USA is the kind of quality you can trust to be true and dependable. I was NOT disappointed at all. What I got was what I expected. The delivery/installers were considerate and concerned about my belongings. They were on time and fast. Furniture USA is top of the line in quality and professionalism.

My husband and I were helped by Captain Dan first time to furnish our new home in Sacramento and sought his help again when we furnished our second home in Hercules. Captain Dan was very helpful, cheerful and point out all the good deals. We had to wait a while for some furniture, because they were not in the store. But all in all we're happy with the customer service that Furniture USA provided and it was great to get all the furniture we needed in one store!

After shopping around in Sacramento and checking many stores we decided to go in Furniture USA and noticed they had the biggest selection of furniture and style we were looking for.

Sales staff and office manager were very good. Pushed too much on review to do of them. When furniture was delivered, one of the pieces was defective. Installers made note of it and ask us to call next day and follow up on claim they will do on our behalf. Experience coordinating replacement, was not the best. Service manager kept questioning our claim. Finally I had to be stern with him and a week later replacement part was exchanged.

I have been looking for months for a sectional sofa with specific dimensions and was able to find a wonderful sectional at Furniture USA. However the chase aspect was on the incorrect side. I also was able to find it at another store cheaper and with the chase on the correct side. My purchase wasn't a big purchase but nonetheless, the store manager Adam was amazing. He graciously honored the competitors price, instillation and set up as well as custom ordering the correct one for me. I was treated with respect and kindness as if I was making an expensive purchase.
Will highly recommend this store to friends and family. I am now a customer for life. Thanks Adam, you went above and beyond.

The products that we ordered were delivered damaged, one of which was delivered in a smashed box. That was after nearly a 4 week waiting period. It has taken a month to get the replacement parts, when they called about delivery of replacement I told them that if they could only deliver on Monday then it needed to be delivered after 1 pm. I got a phone call from the driver at 7:45 am saying he would be there in 45 minutes, I told the driver that there would be no one home to receive the product as they said they would deliver after 1 pm. Needless to say that was very poor customer service on their part after taking to them I am still waiting for my bed parts that should be here on Saturday nearly 2 months after my initial order.

The people are very friendly and nice they go out of there way to help you
