What a great service fuse legal provided. It really was trouble and stress free. From the day I first signed up to the last day of payment. Fuse legal kept me updated with the process. Special mention to Phillip who was always on the end of the phone to answer any questions I had. I would totally recommend this company to anyone and i hope to use them again in the future. Rabia Munir at Fuse Legal acted for my dyslexic friend on a "no win, no fee" basis. The case was related to overcharging by banks (PPI), and in total he received over £2000. Their service was efficient and professional, and I'd recommend them.

Very pleasant experience. Claim handled expertly and with great professionalism by Mr Ahmad who helped immensely in guiding my claim to a very satisfactory resolution. Would use Fuse again should it be appropriate.

After a misunderstanding regarding method of payment at the start matters improved quickly and although the process took a while I was kept informed at each stage.
I received a cheque for once the matter was resolved quite quickly. Thank you guys for your patience and hard work in gaining me compensation ,which I did not know I was due.

We were contacted well over a year ago and told we could get up to £3000 on a certain claim, we received just over £200.When the claim was finalised in spite of contacting the company and being told it was being sent there was an error and the money was not sent until we made a number of contacts again and it was sorted.We are waiting for updates on another claim they don't come unless we ask and then nothing has progressed.It is frustrating to hear nothing after well over a year. Kishira did help to sort the first claim and she is always very willing.

Fuse Legal, and Rabia Munir in particular have done a brilliant and professional job in dealing with a Plevin claim for PPI mis-selling and an exhorbitant commission by a loan company from some years back. Although a 40% charge may seem excessive, it isn't in terms of the work Rabia had to do. And I absolutely know that without the work done by Rabia / Fuse Legal I would not have received any compensation at all. An excellent legal firm and individual in my experience.
