I recently had dealings with Fuse Legal when they helped me progress a Plevin claim against one of the major lenders. During the whole process they were professional and always kept me up to speed with the latest on my case.. Hannah who was my main contact was excellent at helping me navigate the process and always took time to ensure I was happy with proceedings.. I would definitely recommend them to any friends/family that need help with matters like this... Keep up the good work Fuse Legal.

I was left very disappointed when I was given a very small amount as settlement for my claim. I received a call from Fuse Legal offering to help me receive more towards my poor original amount. I received a call from Rabia Munir introducing herself who then kept in touch
giving me regular calls and e-mails as things progressed. It does take time for things to progress but I do not regret following this path with Fuse Legal.I am now hopefully in the final stage and hope to receive my settlement very soon, I would recommend Fuse Legal if you are frustrated or not progressing with your claim. You need to have patience and hopefully the result will be worth the wait,

Initially I was sceptical, I’d had my PPI claim previously rejected when everyone else but me seemed to be getting a refund. The process wasn’t quick, it was certainly fruitful though, so pleased with the resultant refund. Well pleased, thank you.

This company is a scam they take your details
There is no information updated regarding the Reference number so i can complain to ombudsman
the contact email i have requested to withdraw also requested reference number which was never suplied

Great customer service with on time and up to date communication and always quick to respond to a query.

Fuse legal settled my ppi claim with a great outcome .Yes 40%is a high price to pay but without there help and expertise I would of had nothing . Great company with brilliant communication

I signed up with Fuse Legal in September 2021. I was NOT provided with a reference number. I have sent three chasing emails in January with nothing more than an automated reply. Poor.

I was contacted by jp financial in Oct 21 about a claim I could do and they put me in contact with Fuse Legal I filled out all the paperwork electronically.I have tried emailing for an update to which I have had no response and the pack I received in Oct 21 including the covering letter has no reference number nothing.i have given three stars so far as I have not been kept updated and I hope to hear from them soon.

Was contacted by Fuse Legal back in June/July. Completed all paperwork was told I would hear in 3 month. I have heard no more, now reading reviews I am concerned this is a scam. I will contact the Financial Ombudsman.

Emails ignored asking for an update on my Plevin claim, last heard from Fuse Legal many months ago. No way of getting through by telephone as all numbers dialed have a dead tone. I think this is a scam company. Can anyone advise on getting through to Fuse Legal? Thanks

Contacted June about pelvin claim completed paperwork and not heard a thing since. Don't answer phone 2hrs on hold to be cut off. Don't answer emails or Facebook messenger messages. Quick enough to harass to get custom and complete paperwork then Don't provide any updates or communication. Awful service

I have been contacted by JPS Financial who stated Fuse will look after my claim for declined PPI however I cannot find anywhere what their charges are? Does anyone know? Will I end up paying JPS commission and Fuse?

I was contacted mths ago saying you had won me money but haven’t received anything plus told I will get money back as well because it was taxed wrong. I can’t find your number anywhere so I can’t call you to inquire I think this is a scam
