Another company claimed me ppi back
Another company claimed me ppi back. Then fuse got in touch with me. Said they were going to deal with claim. Now no answer. No email response. I'll have to look into legal action as I think they have kept my money.

I received a call stating that the case had been settled and to expect a call to arrange for a payment to be made to me. No call to date!
Update: just spent 30mins on hold to your Company then the call was terminated. Appalling service level. Amazing how you chase and chase to get your money but then don’t pay the people that were penalised

Would highly recommend
The process took a little longer than I expected but I think that was the Bank rather than Fuse Legal's fault. The service was excellent and the team kept me updated each step of the way. Would highly recommend

The service provided was fine, it would have been better if more regular updates on the progress of the matter had been provided.
I had to request updates to know where the matter was in the process.

Excellent customer service/Even better outcome
Excellent customer service, listened and answered any queries I had, and talked me through the process of how my case would be dealt with and who would be involved. Everyone I spoke to was extremely knowledgable and personable. I am even more happy with the outcome after the Bank suggested I did not have a case.
