I presented with a crowned tooth which was no longer viable and after looking at numerous web sites and phone calls decided to appoint with Fusion Dentistry Cardiff to discuss my treatment options. 3D Scans revealed that the crowned tooth and one other, similarly treated, were failing due to bone deterioration and that I would require bone grafting procedures if I was to proceed with treatment. My options were explained to me, as dentures, bridges, or, implants with bone grafts, each of which were considered in great detail. I opted for the latter with an option for sedation, if necessary, for ease and comfort. My experience thereafter was first class; from being greeted by Marlene, who was always welcoming; a clear treatment plan and timetable, through to the meticulous care and treatment I received from Fez and his team, which led to a fantastic outcome in providing me with two implants, that look so natural and perfectly positioned, that I can’t really tell them apart from the originals. I would like to say a big thank you to Fez and his team for all the care, patience, reassurance, high standards and professionalism that they demonstrated and for putting me at ease throughout each of the procedures required, and for achieving such a positive and pleasing outcome.

The whole experience although very nerve wracking, was made so much easier by all the excellent staff, very attentive and informative throughout the whole process making it a smooth process to go through.
If I had any questions or worries, they would always take the time to put my mind at ease.
I'm extremely happy with the results made even better when strangers comment on how nice "My"teeth look!

After loosing my front tooth suddenly and struggling with a denture a friend recommended Fusion. My first conversation with Mar left me feeling hopeful and at my consultation we discussed option, did X-rays and how much the whole treatment would cost. I met a caring team who were enthusiastic and put my mind at ease. I was seen quickly and I opted for sedation which meant I was relaxed. I felt no pain during or after the treatment and I left with a temporary implant which looked natural. Yesterday, 5 months after my journey started, I left with my permanent implant and I’m delighted. For anyone considering implants I would encourage you to pay a visit to Fusion. It offers designated parking and easy access. You have nothing to loose and your confidence to gain.

First class, professional and friendly treatment. Very happy with the results and would recommend to others. Whole process took about 9 months but I never left without a set of teeth. Painless process. Every member of staff was concerned for my well being and reassuring. Those considering such treatment should have no fears and particularly if going to Fusion

From the moment I first visited the practice, i felt at ease. My.
Consultant Tim Mills was absolutely fantastic. He was Very kind, in understanding my issues. Everyone was sympathetic along the way, giving me back l the confidence I have today Smiling again. All the staff were extremely kind and friendly.

In 1959,As a four year old in primary school the nhs travelling dentist was at best unkind, or sadistic at his worst. I had a phobia for two decades until I found a brilliant dentist . Sadly when he became ill and retired the practice messed me about with appointments. This meant it was impossible to find another nhs dentist. I did without for over ten years , until I fell off a ladder and damaged my molars when my mouth slammed shut. Bit by bit when eating my teeth broke up so I couldn’t eat properly. I had to retire early to become a carer for my mum after my dad passed away. Eating was still a problem and less enjoyable. I saw the Fusion advert in the Western Mail and decided to bite the bullet( pardon the pun) . My phobia returned but I had to sort my teeth as it was not healthy or enjoyable. I contacted Fusion , made an appointment in June 2023 and it was the best decision I made . Their service is exceptional, friendly and professional. I was put at ease and every thing was explained and discussed. Due to my phobia I chose to be do it under full anaesthetic. I decided to have the implants and full set of teeth as I did not want old style dentures. I felt no pain during or after treatment ( just slight discomfort) and the after care has been brilliant too. I can now eat properly and enjoying my food again, where as before I had to be selective in my choices I can now eat what I like. And I can smile without being conscious of my teeth. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Fusion to anyone as it was the best thing I’ve done. If I could give more than five stars I would . A BIG thank you all the team at Fusion for one very happy 69 year old.

If you are like me, you've probably spent the past 4 hours with your finger hovering over the dial button on your phone - With what ifs, and they won't be able to's..

We talked, explaining my issues and sending a few pictures of inside my mouth ( being assured, they've probably seen worse) I was booked into consultation a few days later.
I remember sitting outside for nearly an hour thinking it would be the first time in 35 years I'd been inside a dentist.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the very friendly Marlene. She chatted now and again and tried to put me at ease. My mind was elsewhere, but Thanks Marlene you are an amazing front of house person and have an aura I envy.

After scans and chat with Fez options discussed I then met with Katy.
Before leaving Fez he gave me the best 10days of my past 35yrs by covering up a hole in my front tooth making it look like an actual tooth. Big Thank You for that Fez, small action gave a massive self esteem boost.
Speaking to Katy about my options we arranged a start date. Everything explained fully and emailed with updates any questions answered. Thanks Katy very reassuring.

Day of op, sat in chair, met Craig who put me to sleep while Guy yanked the offending teeth out and fitted the all on 4 fixings. I'm sure it was hard work but I can't remember anything about those few hours. Thanks Guy for having this life changing knowledge put to practise.
Important to add, no pain at all. Temporary teeth fitted the same day, very realistic teeth I may add, not denture looking. Eating and speech need to be relearned a bit but nothing at all major, sent home with a goodie bag of pills and pastes.

Follow up appointments with Tim and Coral. Experts in what and how your mouth and teeth should look. I had no idea what my teeth should look like, so they were the guiding force of size, shape and colour - and extremely nice people too. Big Thank you for your non judgemental advice and overall interest in how my teeth should be.

Having issues with my teeth stopped me from socialising. I mumble while trying to get to the end of a sentence faster. I'm relearning this aspect of daily interaction, even learning to smile properly (still work in progress). Fusion and it's staff have started me on that road and I'll be forever grateful for that.
The journey starts with that all important call, the trepidation of walking up the path to Fusion (which I now glady skip up) and opening that door.
You won't regret it... and don't ever think about Turkey Teefing it either!! You get what you pay for.

I was really worried about my teeth and what the future held for me. Several of my teeth were getting loose. My Dentists tried various things and put it down to gum disease, ageing, receding gums and so on. It was all quite depressing. I read about fusion and my husband and I discussed it and he could see I was down and we agreed to make an appointment. It was a great decision. We were greeted by several staff members and made to feel really welcome. It was almost a holiday atmosphere. I went through interviews and tests and when they said they can help I was delighted. From the first temp teeth to the final finished teeth I always felt they were my own. The Dentists and staff are so reassuring. I felt safe. If I had a problem it was sorted as if i was their only patient. Now I am smiling all the time and what is so good is that no one questions my teeth my friend says they are so natural but better because they are even. They are so natural but I think the best thing is I feel they are mine. My confidence has grown. I cannot thank the staff from the reception to the Dentists enough all are truly nice people and very good at what they do. The attention to even the most minute detail by the Dentist to ensure the fit and look is correct and the sending to the lab if it isn't is mind blowing. I was giving a lovely bunch of flowers when they finished which wasn't expected and can only thank all on behalf of my husband and myself for the gift of smiling again and for my new found confidence and perhaps above all that fear I had of what will happen to my teeth has gone completely.

All I can say is these guys and girls are absolutely superb!!!!!
From start to finish I've been extremely happy and everyone who knows me compliments my new look with great teeth always smiling.
I first spoke to Katy over the phone and she's lovely and put me straight at ease ,I arranged the initial consultation and was very impressed by how professional everyone was and decided to go ahead with the treatment.
I managed to get in on a Friday morning I'd seen Mike and went on to see Guy for removal of my teeth and fitting of temporary set by the end of the same day!!!
Fantastic to walk out on the same day with a great looking set of teeth.
All the girls ( dental assistants) were lovely and Marlene keeps in touch to make sure your OK and not having any problems lovely lady .
It takes a bit of time to heal and everything to settle. Then the follow up appointments started with Tim who is a perfectionist making sure everything is perfect Fit , bite, colour etc etc on the final set which I had fitted today 😀 And a mention for the young lady technician who made the final set of teeth Fantastic.
From start to finish it's been six to seven months they really make sure your happy and they are happy .
All I can say is I can't recommend fusion enough if your unhappy with your teeth don't suffer and put yourself down if you can just do it .

I had been told on numerous occasions by Dentists and a Periodontist, that implants would never work for me . I had convinced myself that I was destined for dentures until I found Fusion . I couldn't make that phone call though , I was too frightened of more bad news . My husband made that first call for me and the rest is history . As soon as that call was made , my hopes for a fully functioning set of beautiful, strong, white teeth were renewed. I cannot thank each and every member of Fusion staff enough, they have been absolutely wonderful . My journey with Fusion is now over ( apart from checkups ) . I hope that my review may help someone else pick up that phone and start a journey which will transform your life in the safest and most caring hands possible.

I had been looking for a dentist for a long time. Due to nerves I hadn’t booked an appointment and my teeth were in desperate need of help!
From my first phone call I knew Fusion was different, the dentists and the whole team made me feel very comfortable and thanks to the sedation option I have now had treatment. The attention to detail and time taken on getting my smile right was overwhelming. The onsite lab is a game changer and made the whole experience so much quicker than my other dentist. I could not be happier and my smile looks fantastic. Thank you Fusion, I know I was a tricky patient. You’re all superstars.

YES! I would highly recommend and YES it is worth every penny

I didn't have a good experience at Fusion.

They proposed a treatment plan which really shocked me. It felt very extreme, ill-advised, ambitious and likely to incur a lot of complications (and the extra costs they'd of course entail). The plan involved extracting three of my front teeth, doing bone grafting, and installing two implants to support a four unit bridge (all in one day). I found the plan distressing as I can't imagine how traumatic it would have been to have proceeded and gone through such an intense and invasive procedure. I don't think the proposal was ethical or in line with the principle of 'do no harm'. I have a functional bridge at present and don't even need the treatment proposed, yet Fusion seemed to want me to undergo it anyway. Obviously they are a business, but that doesn't mean they should suggest unnecessary and extensive dental work to patients. I can't even imagine the psychological harm I'd have endured had I proceeded.

The treatment plan was also provided to me as a Docusign contract, which I found really pushy and intense. It was only when I asked for it to be provided simply as an attachment was it supplied this way. I felt I was almost being manipulated into agreeing to very extreme dental work and it felt wrong.

Over all, communications with Fusion stressed me out. They often felt pushy, insincere and chaotic. The level of communications was just not professional. Rachel, the business manager, did try to make amends however and had a better style of communication than that of other staff I'd been interacting with previously.

I was concerned Fusion were treating me differently due to my disability (Autism Spectrum Disorder), but they deny this. However, I am concerned that they should not be supplying patients with extreme dental plans, as others may not have the discernment to reject such plans and thus get embroiled in potentially risky and life-altering dental work.

All in all, I was distressed by my experience with Fusion and I'm sticking to my dentist in London.

If I could give more than five stars then I would!

I was missing a tooth which I had extracted in my teens. I’m now 35. I had a consultation at a different implant clinic around 10 years ago which wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. I never went back.

Early last year I decided it was finally time to do something about the gap in my smile which I was becoming increasingly self conscious of.

From the very first phone call I made to Fusion right up until today upon completion of my treatment the staff have been so lovely and kind. I can’t praise them enough.

When I decided to go ahead with the treatment because I was made to feel so comfortable at the practice during my initial consultation I was quickly booked in to get the implant surgery. This is the part that had scared me off for many years. I had absolutely no reason to be frightened! Fez, who did the implant surgery, was very reassuring and friendly. I felt nothing and was kicking myself for not having got it done sooner!

My follow up appointments have been with Tim. He and Cora (? I believe the nurse I called Cora! Please forgive me if I’m wrong!) were kind, warm and chatty. Through my whole treatment I have been made to feel like I am the only patient. Everyone who’s been involved in my care have made me feel so welcome.

And finally (but certainly not least!) I want to give a shout out to Marlene who always opens the door and greets you with a kind smile and welcome. When I’ve needed to make additional appointments, Marlene has been very quick to answer my phone calls and book me in very in very promptly to come back to see Tim.

I’ve been raving to everyone I’ve spoken to about dental implants about the care I’ve received at Fusion and I won’t hesitate or recommend the practice to friends and family. The whole experience from start to finish has been an absolute breeze!

I cannot thank Fusion enough for the truly life changing and remarkable treatment I have received. Everyone who has looked after me, Marlene, Coral, Tim, Guy, Katy, Jamie - literally all staff members go above and beyond. I no longer hide my mouth when I smile and laugh and I can’t tell you what that’s done for me. I paid a deposit and then monthly payments which were far less than my car - so if you’re worried about money there can be options available. I’m beyond thrilled. The focus on perfection is phenomenal. So, so happy I found them!!

Following a recommendation from my brother Simon, I contacted Fusion and made my initial appointment .
When I walked into Fusion in May23 following a 100 mile car journey, I was greeted and welcomed by Marlene who instantly made me feel special. I knew I was in the best place !
I was first seen by dentist Tim assisted by his dental nurses Coral and Claire. His attention to detail was outstanding. Everything was explained to me and I felt excited to start my All on Four journey.
I spoke to Katy and Mar , treatment coordinators who went through the costs involved and although the treatment was expensive, it was worth every penny.
The waiting rooms are beautiful , comfy and calming with drinks available.
In June 23, I had my surgery done by Dr Guy Mcllellen who was so professional and an expert. He was assisted by Veronika. They were lovely and so caring and reassuring that everything would be straightforward. I was sedated by Dr Craig Cook who explained everything and immediately put me at ease.
On the following appointments I saw Tim. His attention to detail is outstanding and made sure everything was Perfect .
I looked forward to my next dental appointments , something I had not done before.
I received my final bridge in Jan 24 which was totally amazing. I was blown away . I was given a beautiful bouquet of flowers to celebrate the end of my treatment , again this was a lovely gesture.
Working in a busy front facing role , I now feel more confident talking and smiling with customers and I am looking forward to my daughter’s wedding in May24.
I want to say a big Thankyou to you all at Fusion , you really have changed my Life ! Xx
