Highly recommend - From being a very nervous patient going in to Fusion the very first time to being so pleased and happy leaving at the end of the treatment.
Every member of staff at Fusion who I had contact with were absolutely lovely and made me feel so relaxed especially my surgeon Dr Fezaan Gatrad and the nursing team.
I have recommended Fusion to others and will keep doing so. The service there was excellent from start to finish. Thank you all for giving me back my smile!!

My experience with having the all on 4 procedure carried out at Fusions was overwhelming, I had considered the Turkey option but decided to stay local just incase there were ongoing problems. From the first day I was treated with great care and attention, the procedure was explained to me and I was to be lightly sedated throughout which I thought was a great idea. The procedure was performed and I didn't feel any pain or discomfort, my teeth were removed, implants fitted and teeth fitted all the same day. I was expecting to be in pain/discomfort for a while after but was pleasantly surprised, my face was slightly swollen and bruising appeared after 4 days but I was still not feeling any pain and haven't been taken any painkillers. It's 11 days since I had the procedure, the swelling has subsided, the bruising slowly disappearing and I have a lot more feeling in my jaw with a minimal discomfort. I have been very happy with the whole process, from consultation to the present day, the staff are great and put you at ease and the anaesthetist and surgeon who performed the procedure were exemplary. I honestly can't believe that to this day I have not felt any pain. Thank you Fusions.

From the first appointment until the last, everyone at Fusion made me feel incredibly welcome and relaxed. It really is a team effort but special mention to Tim, Coral and Jen who were fantastic!

I would not hesitate to recommend Fusion to anyone looking for a life changing experience, my advice would be to go for it!

All of the team are extremely professional and friendly. Coral the dental nurse is amazing she helped me by taking the time on choosing the colour for my desired effect. The team walk me through the full process step by step and were able to answer any question that may be concerning you.

What a lovely place. From the moment I phoned to enquire to the time I had my implants fitted the experience has been amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They make you feel valued and always check on your well being. Would highly recommend Fusion, they are brilliant.

Well what can I say, what a professional team at fusion so caring.
Had my surgery end march 2022 and on November 8th 2022 had my permanents from start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Has a very nervous patient I never felt any discomfort anytime through my treatment at fusion.
From the receptionists to the dental nurse's and surgeons they were all very professional in what they do always made to feel comfortable through my treatments I love my new teeth they are amazing I'm so happy I went ahead with this treatment and I'm exceptionally happy I picked fusion

An exceptional dental practice, which puts you at ease from the moment you walk through the door. The atmosphere is totally relaxing and one could say a home from home. The staff are professional, caring and friendly from the very outset. Before commencing treatment, dental implants and surgical procedures are explained fully, so that patients know what to expect. Surgery was painless and stress free, thanks to the caring attitude of the dental team. I have had full bridge dental implants to both the upper and lower jaw, to replace loose fitting dentures. The final result is amazing. The implants give the appearance of perfect, natural teeth which are permanently fixed. From start to finish, I have found this practice to be exceptional in its patient care. The administration staff through to the dental team have all been wonderful and I appreciate everything they have done, to give me a lovely smile. This practice is the best.

If you're thinking of having dental work - don't hesitate. Fusion have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I've wanted to sort out my wonky teeth for years, but a brace would have been difficult (in my case, at least 2 years with missing teeth at the front while I waited). Fusion were able to create crown work that has transformed my mouth, both aesthetically and in terms of comfort / bite. I'm beyond happy with the result and so glad I found them. I call Tim & Coral 'the dream team' - I can honestly say I've never looked forward to going to the dentist before! They're absolutely superb at what they do - so highly skilled, very clear communication throughout, and so personable. I was given a clear & full range of options (with visuals) to make an informed choice. I then had a clear brief of what I wanted in mind, and they've surpassed it in every way. I'd recommend them to anyone. If you're thinking of having work done, don't think twice - go in for a consultation. It's one of the best decisions I've made and has been life-changing: For decades I've covered my mouth while smiling, my hand shooting up from instinct. Now, I feel free. A 59 year old nervous patient who had avoided dentists for decades, so I was not looking forward to treatment at Fusion. I needn't have worried. After several visits and a new smile i would have no hesitation in reccomending Fusion. A completely seemless operation, professional but with a human caring touch and excellent client service team.

The service I received recently while undergoing my dental treatment has been amazing. All the staff at Fusion dentistry have been extremely helpful and kind throughout. Tim and Coral were especially kind and reassuring as I was quite nervous. I would highly recommend using Fusion dentistry and am absolutely delighted with the end result. Happy to smile in photos now with confidence.

I have just had my crowns fitted and I am so happy with the final outcome. I spent many years not happy with my teeth and an accident which left me missing one of my front teeth was the push I needed to get something done about it. I researched numerous clinics and Fusion stood out amongst them. Having spoken to them on the phone they were very professional and answered everything honestly, giving me realistic time scales and what to expect.

From my first consultation to talk through treatments plans I already felt that I had made the right choice. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the level of care they give is amazing. I would 100% recommend, if you are looking to have work done give them a call you will not be disappointed.

Tim took the initial consultation and talked through several routes I could take and was very honest, never trying to push me in a certain direction but explaining everything fully to me. Throughout my appointments, everything was explained on where we were in the plan, what we were doing and how we were doing it. His work is outstanding, and I cannot thank him enough.

Coral, always happy and smiling, reassuring me, and always putting me at ease. The work they both do is very professional but always done with a smile and a laugh along the way and not forgetting a decent playlist to listen too. Thank you both

I was going to take down my last review after having a good talk with the co-ordinator. But after my appointment on wednesday they put so different stuff into my teeth. This i think i have reacted to and my mouth is a inferno. Tried calling to see if anyone could give me some advice and was told someone would ring me. After waiting a while i called back and the person answering the phone denied speaking to me. Once again will have to wait until Monday as we can not distrub their weekend. Will have to put up with the pain. Have enough going on in my life without this. |I am really struggling to have any confidence with this company even through they assured me this would not happen again and they are only here to help me. Do not see any help. Mrs Oconnor was trying to add to this review but at first was not able. I contacted the service which is available over the week end hopefull to get a call that might help me. Last call i was disconnected obviously they need their down time on the weekend. I am now going to suggest you look else where you may be ok if it is mon /frid but at the weekend forget it and you will just have to suffer. There is a good place in taffs well beginning to wish i went their and at least 7,000 cheaper. I am so annoyed after being assured my welbeing was paramont but obviousley not. In so much pain and i can not even speak to someone that may be able to help. Think carefully where you go.
