Have purchased two items both had issues.2 plates on strimmer faulty after two months, purchased replacement as advised by futurism’s,different fitting on receipt, when logged on their site,no response,even though they say will respond in two day. Not a company I would deal with again
Most disappointing

Good product for the price.

I ordered 2 blade holders and bolts for the cordless strimmer on the 26th of July and the cost came to over £29, I am still waiting to receive them.
I already contacted your firm and expected much better service than this as I am a PRIME member.
Meantime the weeds have grown a lot and need cutting down now.

After no response when leaving an email as per recorded message when phoning them, I tried again using the email they gave on my receipt email. I have a pole cutter within guarantee where the thread has gone on the spindle that tightens the extension (possibly always had gone as it's had no mistreatment), not safe to use as it is. A quick response this time and a promise of a replacement part. 4* due to them not responding to initial contact.

I like this site. I have brought a few bit and pieces.
Unfortunately the lid l brought was completely smashed. Not packed very well at all. Came in a plastic bag.
So no chance
I reported it and got a replacement which arrived smashed too.

The item arrived on time. I can't say too much about the hedge trimmer because I haven't used it yet.
Unfortunately I didn't read the description of the trimmer when I bought it and it does state it is a long hedge strimmer for doing high hedges/bushes etc. I didn't send it back because I do have a high tree that I have been trimming back so it doesn't get any taller so it will be handy for that instead of standing on ladders.
I have bought other gardening equipment from this company, (grass strimmer) which I have been very happy with therefore I don't see me having any problem with the hedge trimmer. I would certainly buy more goods from this company.

This company has absolutely no customer service i have been waiting over 18 days for a refund and today took the biscuit first of all they say they haven't a clue what I'm on about then i have had to resend all the tracking details again and have been told to wait another 5-7 days for my money ,thats the 3rd time I've been told this . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .
