i had a really complicated issue/bug where i was pretty much locked out of my account (caused by my own stupidity) and Sebastian from the support team helped me for like a whole week on email going back and fourth, he was so kind and i could tell he genuinely was trying to help. i’m now back in my account and i can get back to testing. this was genuinely the best customer service i’ve ever received, this is exactly what true customer support should be like.

I've been using this site for six months, and one month I couldn't make a payment for just one month due to unforeseen circumstances. I contacted support, and someone named Saeed helped me resolve my issue by postponing my subscription for one month. My account would remain active, and I would then have to pay. This was completely unexpected, honestly. It was amazing! Thank you so much, Saeed, for helping me! ❤️❤️❤️😘😘

I subscribed to this awful service only for a trial for 5 days, and I didn't like it from day one, I went straight to my account dashboard and made sure to cancel my trial so that they don't charge my card, and I received a confirmation email that my trial was canceled, today I received many notifications on my Payoneer card that they tried many times to charge my card! thankfully my payoneer card is locked and they couldn't charge me, now I tried to access my account to make sure I delete my card info and now I can't even get into my account dashboard I'm stuck at choosing a plan they forcibly wants me to choose a plan and pay before I even get to my account dashboard, this is fraud I can't find any other words to describe it, I contacted their customer service and the reply was that I need to purchase a plan first even before I have the right to remove my card info or delete my account! worst service I have ever experienced worst customer service worst everything! please don't full into this trap

I love this application; it makes it easy to test your strategy and get nice analytics in return. One thing I wish is that it had more detailed analytics, like instead of having session time, which I replace with normal time, as ours is based on trades instead of sessions, which helps to find out when it works and when it doesn't. One other thing, when you have a session with lots of trades done on it, it will start to lag a lot. That will make it harder to get the real result of long periods of backtesting. I solved this by making monthly, weekly, and daily sessions instead of one long one. That'ss an issue they should work on. When I had a problem with my payments, which was my fault, I got fast and amazing help from the support specialist, specifically Tobey. I really recommend FX Replay. Amazing
