Honestly where to start with this lot. I've been going through a rather stressful experience in trying to evict a tenant from the property.

We begin our adventure back at the start June 2025 when I was referred to Fylde Law by the company managing my property. I send the necessary paperwork section 21 notices, gas safety etc. and make the payment to Fylde Law so they can check the documents to make sure they are in order.

It then takes Fylde Law a whole month to check the notice is correct and advise me I can now apply for the accelerated possession order. I make the payment in excess of £1000.00 for them to do so.

4 weeks later I get a call from the management company asking me if I've heard from Fylde Law. I haven't. Fylde Law have contacted them to say that actually the section 21 isn't valid and needs to be redone.

So just to put this in to context, they tell me it's ok, then wait another 4 weeks to say it's not correct. You have to ask yourself what they were doing in that 4 week period.......

I immediately put in a complaint and was refunded the £1000.00 I paid for the accelerated possession order. I then sacked Fylde Law from acting on my behalf.

My family did warn me about them having had a equally terrible experience but said I should give them the benefit of the doubt as the person who dealt with their issue had left.

Different faces, same result.

Be warned, they don't know what they're doing.......

I have nothing but good things to say about Fylde Law. Sebastian phoned in the evening when he probably should have finished work. Very helpful, efficient and got everything sorted for me when I was going through a really bad time. Safiya kept me up to date too. Absolutely appalling company dispite calling three times and us waiting long enough for Sebastian to call us like we was told by the secretary he would he hasn’t bothered I understand you are busy but don’t waste people’s time we could have gone somewhere else rather than waiting I’m sure you don’t like people wast your time so to safiya hammad at least get your staff to give out the right information and don’t mess people about

I needed urgent help to resolve an issue, I called in the morning, a solicitor was found that day, had everything explained to me. The issue resolved.
I couldn't ask for better service.
