Laura dealt with the sale of my late mothers flat. She was very professional and approachable and always kept us up to date on the progress. I would recommend her. Unfortunately the telephone manner of staff answering phone calls needs to be improved to give a professional appearance.

Sebastian, Fyle Law, dealt with a quite complicated case involving my claim of professional negligence against a local solicitor. The claim had been referred for defence, by his insurers, to a very large firm specialising in representing law firms in such matters. From the defences initial assertion that although negligence was admitted there was no financial loss incurred, Sebastian finally secured a significant settlement on my behalf. Throughout the lengthy exchanges I was kept fully informed and had opportunity to fully dicuss matters as they developed.
I was very impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and approachable manner and would bave no hesitation in seeking his representation in any future legal need.

Don't touch these shysters with a bargepole; left messages asking to call back ;no call back.told me i could just come in too see someone when i went said full up jeez.If you know whats good for you kep away plenty of solicitors around the same area that that talk to you etc.

I was wrongfully arrested having never been in trouble with the police before. I made the mistake of asking for Fylde law to represent me. Suzanne Mugford repeatedly insisted it was a lawful arrest by her friends at the station.
Even following a settlement for wrongful arrest by Lancashire Police, Mugford still believes the arrest and torture experienced during, was acceptable. I certainly didnt use their service to sue the police, you can tell as I was successful. Disgusting firm. Its saying something when the innocent defendant knows more about the law that the alleged criminal defence solicitor.
Avoid at all costs. Like your freedom depends on it. They are not only incompetent, they're incredibly rude too.

I contacted Fylde Law after a multi-disciplinary panel had recommended that my Mother was not entitled to NHS Continuing Healthcare funding, despite her having health needs which were complex and unpredictable. John Blott (Fylde Law) acted on her behalf and was successful in overturning the decision on Appeal. Without his help and experience I do not believe that she would have received the funding to which she was entitled.
