We used this company for the sale of our house and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a solicitor. Laura Whitaker did all the necessary work for us and the efficiency, speed and correspondence that she provided to make the sale go through was excellent. We would like to say a big thank you to her and the company.

Cannot praise this company and Sebastian Sinclair enough. Not only does he deal with things in a time effective manner; he always ensures he works to highest of standard to ensure that we get a positive outcome to the cases we are dealing with. He is friendly, encouraging and has always offered great support and advice. Wouldn't go to anyone else for our legal matters now.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone .my mums partner passed away suddenly and mum had to apply for probate but it was a very complicated case . I bought a property with them on Hull and they didn't made me aware of the risk of adverse possession. Now I am loosing most of may car parks and they refuse to take calls from me and don't help me and don't take responsibility for the foult.

We contacted fylde law and spoke to John Blott. We were informed that for the case to go ahead we needed to ask the court to accept late statements. John quoted us £1500 to send in a form for this request. He informed me out chances were 20 per cent. I felt like giving in but tried another local solicitor. Who charged us £200 for the same form and gave are chances at 90 per cent. The statements were accepted but John’s advice and prices nearly made me want to quit

Following a collision with an untraced driver, I pursued compensation via the MIB. Unfortunately, in my case the MIB were dragging their feet and then made an obviously unacceptable offer. I consulted John Blott at Fylde Law about this, who took up the case with the MIB. He gave excellent advice, kept me in the loop throughout the process, and managed to settle the claim with the MIB promptly and well in excess of what I had realistically expected and what I would have been willing to accept without his expert advice in the matter. Could not be more pleased!

Worked well on a case did take us some time to win the case but we did it John Blott we are the champions

Sebastian Sinclair dealt with my case very professionally. Could not have chosen a better solicitor to win my case. Sebastian always replied to my query’s by phone or email within the same day. When I always called the receptionist, very pleasant and helpful. All letters was received in a quick turnaround time, they supported and helped me through my case, got me the help I needed straight away throughout the process. Avoid. I had heard some good things about Fylde Law and looking at the reviews they may well be a good firm, unfortunately this was not the case for us. Fylde Law were recommended to us as we were buying our first home (a new build). The solicitor assigned to our case was incompetent to say the least. They did not chase things for us as you would expect them to do when you are paying £1000s for their services. They were also extremely unprofessional in the way they spoke about the people we have bought our home from. Things only got worse during the completion process as said solicitor refused to complete on the basis of incorrect paperwork (this was not true and they had used the same paperwork for previous plots). We nearly lost our home because of this. If it wasn't for our estate agent things may have gone very differently for us.

Laura dealt with the sale of our rental property. She’s is efficient and kept us informed all the way through the sale. Very professional and approachable, she always got back to us when she said she would. Thank you Laura and I would highly recommend Fylde Law.

The worst experience I have ever been through from a solicitor. The solicitor who was handling the purchase of my property was called Ashley Fisher. He was very impolite and every time I called the office to get an update his secretary would pick up and he would always either be in a meeting or busy. They didn't respond to my emails and after 3 months of waiting they said that the compliance team can't proceed with the sale. This wasted so much time and I was charged for the searches. I had to send every document through the post which made the process every longer as I had to wait to receive the post and then a first class stamp back every time too. After using a different solicitor they were able to complete the whole process in less than 5 weeks. I remember everyday of frustration dealing with this company and I can't warn anyone enough, I felt completely helpless and powerless which cost me time and money.
