Very profiteering guys

Very profiteering guys. I was looking for a no-win-no-fee solicitor for my gross disrepair case. They offered a provisional CFA contract over the phone only without even going through all the documents. Then said bluntly they dont believe in my case, and therefore will review it several times as it progresses, and only if the landlord agrees on a out-of-court settlement, they might go for the claim. When I asked if I can talk directly to the solicitor & explain the case in details, they refused saying the solicitor will be free only in 2 weeks. The worst customer service in the country! And a 'factory line approach' to claims.
At the end I managed to find another company who valued the claim a lot and recommended court proceedings.
